International Trade.

Ordered further, That there be 30 minutes for debate equally divided in the usual form; that upon the use or yielding

back of time the Senate proceed to vote without intervening action or debate on the nominations in the order listed; provided

further, that following the votes on the Barnett and Kelly nominations, the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid

upon the table with no intervening action or debate; that no further motions be in order; that the President be immediately

notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then resume legislative session. (May 16, 2013.)

notwithstanding cloture having been invoked, if invoked, the Senate resume legislative session and consideration S. 954;

provided further, that the time consumed during consideration of S. 954 count post-cloture on the nomination.
