You may also use 12 point font for more sparse pages, but it is best not to combine the two different font sizes on the same page. When using 10 point font for a paragraph you should set line spacing at exactly 15 point. When you using 12 point paragraph font you should use exactly 18 point line spacing.
When using 12 point paragraph font you should increase your category and paragraph headings to 12 point font as well.
