Physical Description & ImprovementsTuscany Villas features 85,242 net rentable square feet with a unit mix featuring 14 (fourteen) studios, 149 (one hundred forty nine) one-bedroom units, and 2 (two) two-bedroom units. The property is newly renovated with over $1 million invested into capital expenditures since 2011. Exterior improvements include new signage, an updated leasing office, brand new landscaping, and resurfacing of the parking lot.

The apartments are unique and feature an assortment of finishing’s and fixtures, though many of the units have been renovated over the years. The unit interiors were completely upgraded with all new kitchens and bathrooms including new flooring, cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, bathroom vanities, modernized closet doors, fixtures and paint.
