The PP-77 is well-suited for a wide variety of industries and applications, although the tamper-resistant “neckbander” is ideal for beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies.

PP-150S ShownThe Model PP-150S is an automatic shrink sleeve applicator capable of running lay flat tubing of up to 200mm (7.8”) wide with a cut length from 40mm-200mm (1.5”-7.8”) at up to 150 BPM. The PP-150S will handle bottles from 28mm-125mm (1.1”-4.9”) in Diameter and up to 320mm (12.5”) Tall.

The PP-150S is ideal for a wide variety of shrink sleeve labels and container types. The bottles are feed on a conveyor through a separating worm gear. The system feeds a specified length of film from a film feed system through a "roller" arm system. The film then moves through a registration sensor and on to the "mandrel" assembly for high accuracy film indexing using a high speed fiber optical sensor. The systems mandrel opens the film and the film is then fed through the machine via a tractor feed assembly. This assembly feeds a specified cut length using servo motors. The film is then cut at the specified length by passing through the servo motor driven rotary cutter assembly. The film is then driven onto the product by use of a high speed film delivery assembly.
