You will notice several changes: * N/A is now required to be entered in some fields by both the new associate and the Towne representative completing the fonn. * You will note that ALL dates are to be entered in the mm/dd/yyyy format. * You are now required to complete the Citizenship/Immigration Status in Section 2. Remember. .. Section 1 of the I-9 fonn MUST be completed by the associate no later than the first day of employment, but NOT before accepting a job offer. The following is an example of a correctly completed I-9 form. You will notice several changes:
