Making Media and Pouring Plates

• Prepare 100 ml NB media in 250 ml flask

• Weigh out nutrient broth powder for a 0.8% w/v solution. How much NA do you need ???

• After removing 5 x 4ml to tubes, how much agar do you add to make a 1.5% agar suspension of the rest ???
