What kind of Media Institution might distribute your Media product and why?

Frontline LTD would be the kind of Media Institution to distribute my Media Product.This is because:

• There are no magazine distributors in the UK who specialize in Country Music magazines, there are in America but to keep production costs of the magazine down, it would be kept in the UK.

• Frontline LTD distribute many different types of Magazine and so mine wouldn’t stick out like a sore thumb.

• Frontline sells magazines through 55,000 retailers across the UK and Eire. This includes shops such as WHSmith’s, Asda, Tesco and Sainsburys – so my magazine would be distributed into the mainstream giving it every chance of succession.

• They are partnered with Bauer, BBC magazines and Haymarket which are 3 big Media distributors in the UK.

• Frontline is the UK’s leading magazine sales and distribution company.• Bauer is the largest privately owned publisher in Europe, publishing in Germany, France,

Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom. Additionally, Bauer publishes in the United States and Mexico.
