PTCL WIRELESS BROADBAND (EvO) AND IPTVEMPLOYEE PACKAGE

1. OBJECTIVETo provide PTCL employees with a PTCL Wireless Broadband (EvO) / IPTV connection for free, or ondiscounted rates, depending upon their entitlement, in order to enhance theirmotivation, loyalty andaffiliationwiththecompany.ThisshallencourageemployeestousePTCLbroadband(EvO)/IPTVandalsoservetoenhancePTCLsbrandimageandvisibility.2. CRITERIA

i. EvO (Wireless Broadband)ThefollowingcriteriahavebeendefinedforprovidingEvOconnectiontoemployees:

AnyexceptiontothispolicyforapprovingaFree/DiscountedEvOconnectioncanbemadeonacasetocasebasisifthefollowingconditionsapply:

a) ApprovalisgivenbySEVPHRbasedontherecommendationoftheconcernedSEVPandclearjustificationprovidedbyemployeeregardingbusinessrequirements.

b) Employeehasbeengivenanofficiallaptop.

3. PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES1. An application for requesting an EvO Connection would be submitted by the employee to GM

(ManpowerPlanning)alongwiththefollowingdocuments:o CopyofCNIC.o CopyofCompanyCard.

2. TheletterforapprovalofFreeServiceEvOConnection,addressedtotheconcernedCustomerCareCenter(CCC)/OneStopShop(OSS)andsignedbyGM(MP)shallbe issuedtotheemployeeafterverificationoftheinformationprovided.

3. TherecordofEvOissuanceshallbemaintainedbyMPDepartmentinrecordfile.4.

The

employee

shall

be

issued

an

EvO

connection

as

per

policy

from

CCC/OSS

upon

submission

of

the

followingdocuments

o CopyofsanctionmemoissuedbyGM(MP),PTCLH/Qs.o CopyofCNIC.o CopyofCompanyCard.

5. Incase theemployee leavesPTCL,HRADepartment shall inform theCCC /OSSof the respectivearea/city.
