Artichokes are a nutritious and delicious seasonal vegetable for early Autumn! Unfortunately, they are mighty di�cult to medicate, so keep it simple and infuse their dipping sauce with cannabis instead.

Ingredients:∙ 2 large egg yolks∙ 1 tbsp warm water∙ 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice∙ ¾ tsp salt∙ ½ cup Natural Cannabis Co. CannaButter

Directions:∙ Put egg yolks, water and lemon juice in a blender, and blend until the mixture begins to look frothy.∙ Melt CannaButter, and slowly pour warm butter into the blender while it is running, (through the appropriate whole in the lid; do NOT remove the blender lid.)∙ Blend until sauce combines and thickens.∙ Enjoy with delectable steamed, boiled or grilled artichokes!

Early Fall can be a complicated time of mixed blessings for outdoor cultivators. Harvest is right around the corner, and the garden is starting to smell magical. However, weather in Northern California can often be surprising, and any long-time farmer can tell a scary story about losing an entire crop to rain and subsequent mold. Don’t let it happen to your harvest! The Natural Cannabis Company recommends erecting rain cover early; a raised tarp that can be hung a few inches taller than your plants when rain is expected usually does the trick. Also, think about preparing your trimming, drying and curing spaces ahead of time, making sure that they are clean and free of contaminants, such as pet hair and dust.
