Introduction

Love & Light Events endeavour to create an uplifting and positive atmosphere with an eclectic mix of exhibitors from the wonderful world of mind, body, spirit including readers, therapists, healers, practitioners and stalls presented to you in the spirit of love and light.

We are also delighted to be able to offer FREE inspirational talks and demonstrations throughout the day.

This programme includes a full exhibitor listing, details of our FREE Talks & Demonstrations as well as individual exhibitor and event advertising. See the back cover for our next MBS event on Sunday 17th March at Coleshill Town Hall. We will be back here on Sunday 15th September.

Useful Information

Catering – refreshments will be available to purchase at the venue.

Toilets - toilets are available on the ground floor of the centre, just turn left as you walk

through the main doors.

Lost Property – there is no cloakroom facility at our venue, any items handed in will be kept at the event reception.

Children – parents are requested to keep their children with them at all times.

Fire Safety – in the unlikely event of a fire, please exit the building through the

nearest available fire exit.

Exhibitor FREE Talks & Demonstrations - all talks & demonstrations take place in the designated room from the main lobby area (signposted), please ensure you have your FREE Talk receipt from reception to guarantee admittance.

Exhibitors - the attendance of any particular therapist, reader or retailer does not signify their endorsement by the organisers. Although we try hard to select only the right exhibitors, in the final analysis you should satisfy yourself of the competence and suitability of an exhibitor before engaging them.

I will be talking about my next book titled "Bringing you back to you". The simple steps needed to form a loving, accepting rela-tionship with yourself which then improves and attracts more loving relationships. How do you become happy? Angel Alison Ward overcame the trauma of surviving a near death attack by her former partner. Alison calls this life changing experience her "Awakening" and uses the tools and skills she discovered that aided her journey back to well being and empowerment, helping thousands of people around the world.

12.30pm-1pm— Omisona Fasina ‘Why Anger Hurts You More Than The One

You’re Angry With’ How your anger hurts you more than the person you're angry with! When you think of the impact of anger it is usually the external results that are considered. Anger is a negative emotion along with; irritation, sadness, low moods and worry, they all stem from fear or pain. Either way they leave your body in a weakened state that is not immediately noticeable, yet, can have long term impact on your mind, body and

soul. We will be exploring this and some helpful strategies in more detail.

CEASE therapy and working with Autism. Sharon Pick will be giving a talk on how CEASE therapy can be used in the treatment of Autism. CEASE Therapy, which stands for Complete Elimination of Autistic Spec-trum Expression is a form of homeopathy in which, step by step, all factors (vaccines, regular medication, environmental toxic exposures, effects of illness, etc.) are detoxified with the homeopathically prepared substances that are believed to have caused or exacerbated the autism. The technique can also be
