what they currently know. When leading clients to Be More, Colene draws from experience of building teams and devel-oping leadership tools & training, as well as her our own leadership journey. A popular and sought-after presenter, Colene speaks and moderates at numer-ous events including the Society for Human Resource Management Confer-ence, the Lexington Chamber of Com-merce EMERGE Conference, as well as conferences and retreats throughout the country.

Colene is active in the Junior League of Lexington, and volunteers with several service based non-profits. Colene is a graduate of Transylvania University with an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and an M.B.A. In her free time, Colene is an avid yogi, and enjoys travel, journaling and spending time with her young nephews.
