Amy Lo is Co-Head of UBS Wealth Management Asia Pacific, and Chairman and Head of UBS Wealth Management Greater China. She is also Country Head and Chief Executive of UBS Hong Kong Branch, and a Group Managing Director. Amy has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Since joining UBS in 1995, she has held a number of senior management positions including Regional Head of Ultra High Net Worth in Asia. Today, the ultra-high net worth business is the leading wealth manager for ultra-high net worth individuals in the region.

Actively involved in the development of the private banking industry in Hong Kong, Amy chairs the Hong Kong Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA), is a member of the Banking Industry Training Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Education Bureau, and a member of the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee Financial Infrastructure Sub-Committee of Hong Kong Monetary Authority.

A passionate supporter of youth education and technological innovation in Greater China, Amy is a member of The Court and the MBA Advisory Board at The University of Hong Kong, a member of the Advisory Committee of the Department of Social Work at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and an Advisor of the Industrial Consulting Committee at the HongKong X, a tech start-up platform aim at promotion of innovations among young entrepreneurs.

Amy received the Executive Award at the DHL/SCMP Business Awards 2018 for her efforts in promoting the growth and development of the wealth management industry, and for her drive in building UBS as a corporate citizen in Hong Kong. She was also named by a top-tier Chinese media, China Business News, as one of the "Hong Kong Top 20 in the next 20 years" for her contribution to innovation developments in 2017. She is a Board Member of the UBS Optimus Foundation, the independent grant-making foundation that helps UBS clients improve the education and welfare of children, globally.

John Emerson serves as Vice Chairman of Capital Group International, Inc. He has 18 years of industry experience, all with Capital Group. He most recently served as the United States ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany. In 2015, John was awarded the State Department's Susan M. Cobb Award for Exemplary Diplomatic Service, which is given annually to one non-career ambassador, and in 2017 he was awarded the CIA Medal and the U.S. Navy's Distinguished Public Service award. Prior to accepting the ambassadorial posting, John was president of Private Client Services for the Capital Group Companies. Before joining Capital, he was deputy assistant to President Clinton where he coordinated his economic conferences, served as the president's liaison to the nation's governors, and led the administration's efforts to obtain congressional approval of the GATT Uruguay Round Agreement and the extension of China's MFN trading status. Before that, John served as Los Angeles Chief Deputy City Attorney, and was a partner in the law firm of Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg, and Phillips. Additionally, he was appointed by President Obama to serve on his Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations. John holds an honorary doctor of laws degree from Hamilton College, a juris doctorate degree from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Hamilton College. John is based in Los Angeles.

Mark Haefele is the Global Chief Investment Officer of UBS Global Wealth Management and the Chair of the UBS Global Investment Committee. In this capacity, Mark oversees the investment policy and strategy for approximately USD 2 trillion in invested assets.

Mark joined UBS as Head of Investment, CIO WM when the CIO office was founded in 2011.

Before joining UBS, Mark was the co-founder and co-fund manager at Sonic Capital. He also served as a Managing Director at Matrix Capital Management.

A former lecturer and acting dean at Harvard University, Mark is a frequent contributor to numerous financial media, including CNBC, Bloomberg and the WSJ.

Mark received a BA from Princeton, and both an MA and PhD from Harvard University. As a Fulbright Scholar, he also received an MA from the Australian National University.

Tan Min Lan is the Head of the Asia Pacific Investment Office at UBS Global Wealth Management Chief Investment Office, since July 2013. She serves as a member of the Global Investment Committee, Emerging Market Investment Committee and Asia Investment Committee, which formulate the regional and global UBS House View.

Prior to joining UBS Global Wealth Management, Min Lan spent eleven years with the UBS Investment Bank where she held a number of senior appointments. From 2002-2012, Min Lan was the Head of Research and Strategist at UBS Securities Singapore. Over this period, Min Lan was ranked a top analyst in Asia across major institutional investor surveys, including being named the Number 1 analyst in Singapore by Asiamoney for ten straight years. From 2006, she was concurrently appointed the Head of Equities for Singapore, with oversight of research, sales, trading and execution, prime brokerage and exchange traded derivatives. In 2012, Min Lan was made the Global Head of FICC Macro Strategy Research, where she was in charge of teams covering global asset allocation, global emerging markets, fixed income, FX and credit research.

Before joining UBS, Min Lan worked as a senior economist with the Econometric Modelling unit at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, as well as an economist and strategist at Merrill Lynch covering the Asian equities markets.

Min Lan holds a Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is a CFA charter holder. She sits on the Board of Trustees of the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

Dr Yifan Hu joins us as Regional Chief Investment Officer & Chief China Economist. She is based in Hong Kong, and serves as a member of the CIO Asia Investment Committee as well as the CIO Emerging Markets Investment Committee. Working alongside the investment teams globally and in Asia Pacific, Yifan is helping shape CIO's macroeconomic and investment views on China.

Yifan has held several Chief Economist positions since 2007, most recently at Haitong International where she was tasked with leading H-share equity research. Prior to this role, Yifan worked as a Chief Economist at CITIC Securities, China Economist at France's Natixis, and China Strategist at Merrill Lynch. Her views and columns can be found in leading financial media.

Prior to that, Yifan was an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Economics at the University of Hong Kong and published extensively in the international and Chinese academic journals. Yifan has considerable experiences in research and consulting, and served in various prestigious organizations including the World Bank and The Peterson Institute for International Economics (PIIE) in Washington D.C.

Yifan received her Ph.D in Economics from Georgetown University and B.S. in Economics from Zhejiang University.

Michael joined UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM) as Head of Sustainable and Impact Investing (SI) in 2016. In this role, he is responsible for establishing a world-class Sustainable and Impact Investing business across asset classes.

At UBS-AM, Michael leads a team of investment professionals focused on research and stewardship, client solutions and business strategy.

Michael chairs the SI Management Committee which oversees the sustainable practices across the UBS-AM business and ensures coordination with the UBS Group Strategy for sustainable investing. He represents UBS Group as a Board Member of Swiss Sustainable Finance.

Michael has a wealth of experience, with 30 years in the financial services industry and a decade as a sustainability investor.

Before joining UBS, Michael served as CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee at RobecoSAM from 2011 to 2016. He joined the firm in 2009.

Prior to RobecoSAM, Michael was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he was Head of Distribution for the Americas from 2005 to 2008. Michael also held Equity Sales roles at Bear Stearns and Deutsche Bank from 1996 to 2005.

Michael began his career at Credit Suisse/CS First Boston in 1986 in Zurich after earning a degree in Business Management from Zurich Business School. Michael also attended the Executive Programs and received his Master of Arts from Harvard Business School.

Michael holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Cao Zhongxiong is a holder of PhD in Economics and he is currently the Executive Director of New Economy Research Center at the China Development Institute. His research focuses include Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, new economy and enterprise strategic studies. He is involved in the industry planning of 'Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science & Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone', and the collaboration with Tencent on new economy research topics which include 'Developing China's World-class Bay Area through Innovation and Urban Transformation', 'Research on Developing Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Airport Cluster', and the shared economy.

Angus works in equity research in UBS investment bank, covering Asia Gaming and Conglomerates sector as analyst. Prior to joining UBS in 2011, he worked in equity research in Sanford Bernstein where he worked for over three years in both London and Hong Kong. Angus qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young in London. He holds a MEng (1st Class) in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Leo Chiu is a hands-on practitioner and a tech savvy entrepreneur. After completing secondary education in Hong Kong, Leo fought his way into Stanford University, graduating with a M.S. degree in Management Science and Technology (aka Operations Research & Engineering Economics), one of the specialized fields out of the STEM discipline.

After graduation, Leo was recruited into Morgan Stanley New York office. Finding out wall street is not his cup of tea, Leo came back to Stanford and started his STEM career in Silicon Valley.

The last 4 big data/AI startups Leo served as core contributor all lead to successful IPO or M&A, with a combined market valuation of over US$1B.

Leo is currently the venture partner of the Spike Ventures (a venture fund for Stanford University Alumni), focusing on blockchain, AI and big data related ventures. Meanwhile, he is coaching the youths and young adults in the greater bay area of China on the topic of innovation driven entrepreneurship via various mentorship programs and the mainstream media as public speaker and lecturer.

Mischa Eckart joined UBS in 2006 in Zurich. Since joining, Mischa has held positions in Zurich, Tokyo and in Singapore. He is currently responsible for the Client Investment Specialist team who partners with Wealth Management UHNW and HNW client advisors on portfolio distribution and reviews. Prior to his current role, Mischa held various roles in the Sales and Content Distribution space, ultimately heading the Sales Management function for the Asia Pacific region. He started his career in management consulting and moved on to head a distribution team at a domestic cooperative bank in Switzerland. Mischa is a graduate of the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland where he obtained a Masters degree. After gaining some work experience Mischa went back part-time to his alma mater to pursue a doctorate in Corporate Governance. Mischa is also a holder of the Alternative Investment Analyst charter (CAIA).

Ronald Li is CEO & Founder of Novoheart, a biotech company dual listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Frankfurt Stock Exchange with locations in Vancouver, B.C., Irvine, California & Hong Kong, and Professor & Director of Ming Wai Lau Centre for Reparative Medicine, Karolinska Institutet (KI), Hong Kong. KI is the home of Nobel Assembly responsible for selecting laureates in Medicine & Physiology. Ron graduated from U of Waterloo and U of Toronto. In 1998, he joined the Johns Hopkins University (JHU) as a fellow in Cardiac Electrophysiology, and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Professor. While at JHU, Prof Li was a 2-time recipient of the Top Young Faculty Award, Top Prize for Young Investigator and Top Postdoctoral Fellow of JHU, 1st Prize Young Investigator Award from the Heart Rhythm Society, and Career Development Award from the Cardiac Arrhythmias Research & Education Foundation. In light of California's USD3-billion stem cell initiative, Professor Li was recruited to become a tenured Associate Professor at the U of California, Davis where he founded and led the Human Embryonic Stem Cell Consortium. He later joined the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in Manhattan as Professor and Co-Director of the Section of Cardiovascular Cell & Tissue Engineering. During 2010-15, Prof. Li was the Founding Director of the Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine Consortium at HKU. In 2015, he received the Spirit of HK Innovating for Good Award by the South China Morning Post. With over 150 publications, Professor Li's group was the first in the world to generate genetically engineered human heart cells and, more recently, the first human "mini-heart" with accolades such as the Best Study of 2005 and Ground-breaking Study of 2006 by the American Heart Association, Distinguished Visiting Professorship at U of Toronto Lewar Heart Center, Distinguished Alumnus of U of Waterloo, etc. On the translational end, his inventions have led to several spin-outs in the U.S. and H.K., including Novoheart and Xellera.

Wendy joined UBS in November 2018 as Head of China strategy. Previously, she was head of China equity research and chief equity strategist for Greater China at Nomura (2012-2018) and Head of China research and equity strategist at ABN AMOR/RBS (2007 to 2012). Wendy spent nine years in sellside and buyside fundamental research, M&A, and cash equity trading in New York and HK before working on China equity strategy research. Examples of her prior notable calls include downgrading MSCI-China on April 19th 2015, overweight smartphone/internet proxies in Dec 2016, and gradually trimming exposure to smartphone/internet proxies from 4Q2017 to 1Q2018.

Mr. Murata is a managing director and portfolio manager in the Newport Beach office, managing income-oriented, multi-sector credit, opportunistic and securitized strategies. Morningstar named him Fixed-Income Fund Manager of the Year (U.S.) for 2013. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2001, he researched and implemented exotic equity and interest rate derivatives at Nikko Financial Technologies. He has 19 years of investment experience and holds a Ph.D. in engineering-economic systems and operations research from Stanford University. He also earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Crystal Pang is the Co-founder & CEO of Pickupp, a technology platform focused on logistics optimization and supply chain management, providing affordable cross-border or intra-city solutions for 3PL, e-commerce and retailers.

Prior to Pickupp, Crystal gained expertise scaling platform & driving growth as a Senior Operations Manager at Uber (2014-2016). She acquired critical product development experience from Chinascope Financials, a Shanghai-based fintech startup where she served as Deputy CEO (2012-2013), and from MathWorks, where she served as Software Engineer (2004-2006) focusing on optimization algorithms for fixed income and currency hedging in Boston.

Crystal was a former investment banker at BofA Merrill Lynch (2008-2012) and Credit Suisse (2007) with extensive cross-border M&A and capital markets experience.

Crystal holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Christian Raubach joined UBS in 2016 and is currently the Chief of Staff for UBS Global Wealth Management Asia Pacific and the Client Strategy Officer for UBS Global Wealth Management Asia Pacific.

Prior to UBS, Christian Raubach was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in the Asia Pacific region and has worked in their Greater China, Korea and Japan Office. His clients included local and global Financial Institutions as well as Asian family conglomerates.

Christian Raubach has also worked at Wegelin Asset Management, a boutique Private Bank and asset manager where he co-led the institutional business line (Pension funds, Endowments, Foundations, and Sovereign Wealth Funds).

He holds a doctorate degree in Finance from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland.

Winnie Wong is the Chief Financial Officer of We Doctor GBA, a subsidiary of WeDoctor Group that leads the business opportunities in the Greater Bay Area and international space.

Winnie started her career with Credit Suisse as an investment banking analyst. She has since become a seasoned investor with over 14 years of experience managing a variety of investment strategies. Throughout her career, she has built extensive experience analyzing companies that span across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining WeDoctor, Winnie held roles as Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Harvest Global, Investment Director at the Proprietary Trading Desk at Royal Bank of Canada and Special Situations Group at Warburg Pincus.

Winnie holds a Master of Engineering Degree in Engineering and Financial Management, and Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
