    Metrics and Measurement Plan: Outcomes Inclusion of CO-Fund in the college access discussion (Intermediate)

    Indicators: press coverage (blog and Facebook post comments; followers on Twitter, Facebook,and Linked-In; Twitter and Facebook tags; mentions in articles/blog posts)

    Target: CO-Fund will be a relevant name mentioned in the college access arena

    Lowered barriers of participation for individuals nationwide to contribute to

    students college funds (Intermediate and long-term) Indicators: # of donors on website who check that they personally know and support a Fellow;

    # donors registered on website; survey of all the donors who have profiles on website;roundtable event with CO-Fund Fellows and their immediate networks for feedback

    Target: 75% of all donations made correspond to a registered donor; 75% of all donations aremade by individual donors; 30% donors located in same state as the recipient
