World-Class event will benefit Rally for Kids with Cancer Foundation

Miami, FL (April 18, 2011) - Eva Longoria, Actress “Desperate Housewives”, philanthropist

and Honorary Chair, gets excitement revved up for the second annual Rally for Kids

with Cancer Scavenger Cup in Miami, hosted by Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach,

along with Loren Ridinger, Senior Vice President of Market America, resuming her role

and JR Ridinger, President and Chief Executive of Market America joining forces with his

wife as Event Co-Chair.

"This is our second year hosting the Rally for Kids with Cancer Scavenger Cup here in

The Rally for Kids with Cancer Scavenger Cup is a unique, thrilling and exciting 2-day

event that has put the FUN into FUNDRAISING. But more importantly, the funds raised

from this event will go towards supporting research, treatment and care of children

suffering from cancer.

The Rally for Kids with Cancer Foundation will be the event’s benefactor, with the goal

of raising much needed funds for fiscally responsible pediatric cancer organizations

within the Miami area. The real goal is to one day find a cure and bring an end to

cancer!

The Rally for Kids with Cancer Scavenger Cup takes place April 29th and 30th, 2011 in

Miami. Participants must each raise a minimum of $25,000 to enter their personal car,

and earn the chance to draft a Celebrity Navigator such as Eva Longoria. Celebrities

will be drafted based on the amount of money raised by each participant. Top

fundraisers will get first choice during the celebrity draft process.

“Launched in 2008, the Rally for Kids with Cancer events have achieved incredible

success, raising over seven million dollars for foundations across North America.

Partnering with several worthwhile and world renowned foundations, we continue to

battle children’s cancer by providing much needed funds to these charities and, most

importantly, giving hope and inspiration to the children who are currently fighting for

The Rally kicks off with the exclusive “Qualifiers” Celebrity Draft Party, held on April 29th,

2011 at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach, where every driver will have the

opportunity to draft a Celebrity Navigator such as Eva Longoria, Desperate
