3. Is there anything that Alma workers need to know about this person to ensure their safety and the safety of others? To do an adequate risk assessment Alma needs to know about such things as: triggers and warning signs; a history of violent/criminal behaviour; physical health risks etc. (see privacy notice for data protection info.)
