Main session guest speakers

hEidi BakER is (with her husband Rolland) the founder of Iris Ministries and has spent more than 35 years on the mission field in Asia and latterly in Mozambique. Their orphanage work has spread to more than 5,000 churches. Heidi’s ministry is characterised by the supernatural breaking in of God that allows the church to love the unloved whether they be self-sufficient Westerners or African orphans.

malcolm duncan is Senior Minister of Gold Hill Baptist Church in Chalfont St Peter, UK, having previously led Church and Community and Faithworks. He is passionate about the importance of Christians being “good news people”, holding together preaching, service, advocacy and prayer. Malcolm was a much-appreciated seminar speaker at ELC10 and so, by popular demand, we have asked him back for 2011.

lEn & dEBi BaRtlotti have been good friends to the Salt & Light family since coming to Oxford in 2002. Their 14 years’ experience of living and ministering in Pakistan and Afghanistan have helped shape the thinking of the Salt & Light International and European teams. Until Summer 2010 Len was Associate Professor of Intercultural Studies at Biola University, USA.
