Viagens El Corte Inglés has been appointed as the official Housing Bureau of the European Championship Triathlon, that will be held in Lisbon from 26th – 29th May.

We have reserved a large number of hotel rooms in various hotels in different price categories, from 25 to 30 May 2016. The hotels are located in walking distance to the event location or from public transportation with easy access to the event.

Hotel reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choice.

Make your choice from the available official hotel list until 31 December 2015 and benefit the early rates we have negotiated. After this date, rates will be higher.

Reservation and payments

For individual bookings, a deposit payment covering 2 nights is required with your reservation. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. The deposit is non refundable.Remaining amount is due until 22nd February 2016 and is non-refundable. For reservations after 22nd February 2016 full pre-payment will be required and is non-refundable.

Group reservations are managed by separate contracts. For bookings of more than 6 rooms, please contact Viagens El Corte Inglés by email: [email protected]

All changes to hotel reservations will be handled by us. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Individual cancellation conditions

- In the event of cancellation up to 21 February 2016, the deposit of two nights will be charged as a cancellation fee.

- In the event of cancellations / reductions in the number of nights from 22 February 2016 or no-shows, the entire booking period will be charged.

We have reserved a large number of hotel rooms in various hotels in different price categories, from 25 to 30 May 2016. Any additional nights are subject to availability and rates may vary.

Rates are in EUR per standard room, per night and includes breakfast & VAT at current law. VAT may increase without notice and any such change will be reflected in final rates.

City tax not included in rates: a tax of €1 per person/ per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, is to be charged and pay directly to the hotels.

Some hotels does not allow bikes to go up to the rooms. Some will have free storage space, and in others, extra free will apply.
