CONGRESS ABSTRACTS

The Congress welcomes the abstracts submission for a special session of posters and for three sessions ofselected oral communications (total 36) and abstracts will be published on a Special Issue of Journal ofEndometriosis. The abstract must be submitted electronically (obgyn(at)unisi.it or via www.endo-siena.eu)following the instructions.

- Abstracts should not exceed 2500 strokes including spaces; they must be typed using single spacing and the preferred font is Arial and the size is 10;- Abstracts must include: Title, Authors and Affiliations, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusions. No references, tables and figures should be included.

Deadline for abstract submission is September 1, 2012. Authors, whose abstracts have been accepted, mustregister for the Congress and pay the registration fees (extended early bird October 1, 2012).

SIENA INFORMATIONS

The city is known worldwide for its artistic heritage and for the substantial stylistic unity of its medieval streetfurniture, as well as for its famous Palio. The center has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995.During Siena stay, you can enjoy visiting several artistic places, such as Duomo of Siena and Battistero of SanGiovanni, Piazza del Campo and Palazzo Comunale with Torre del Mangia, the Museo dell‘opera metropolitana del Duomo and the Pinacoteca Nazionale. On December 1st Siena celebrates Sant‘Ansano Saint Patron; the festivity marks the beginning of the Year of Contrada. A solemn procession leaves from Piazza del Campo along the 17 districts and arrives to the Cathedral where the Archbishop of Siena presides the Holy Celebration.
