Euromeeting 2020
To avoid unnecessary travelling a relevant warm-up map will be provided on competition days instead of any separate Euromeeting model event.
As both Euromeeting races will take place in mountain terrain of Jizerske hory, we will organize timed sessions in sandstones, most likely in Doksy area. Between 24/10 and 5/11 there will also be other training courses available in many of WOC training areas. Again, most of them in sandstone terrain. Based in Doksy/Stare Splavy you can reach Euromeeting races in Tanvald or Železný Brod within slightly more than 60min, especially on weekends.
More detailed info to training opportunities around Euromeeting will be published by 08/10. When a detailed offer is ready, the teams registered for Euromeeting will be contacted and asked to make an order.
The Regional Hygiene Station allowed us to organize Euromeeting in a limited form (in compliance with the rules mentioned below). We kindly ask you for cooperation and understanding. These times are turbulent, things are changing fast, but we still want to offer relevant experience with regards to WOC2021.

2/ EPIDEMIOLOGICAL MEASURES
• All participants - organisers, athletes,coaches - are (except of during their own race)obliged to wear face masks.• All information and meetings will be commu-nicated in a contactless form (via e-mail/webpage, Team Leaders Meetings via ZOOM).• All instructions, start lists and results will beavailable on the internet only.• Spectator services (GPS, TV broadcasting,online results) will be provided on the internetonly. There won't be a public race or cheeringzone available in the arena.• All payments will be made only throughissued invoices after the event.• Start numbers and GPS units will be availa-ble in the pre-start area.• Quarantine will be set up only for the mini-mum time needed in case of live services,definitely outdoor and spacious (all partici-pants of the event are asked to follow fair playrules).• Please keep the social distance of 2 m.• Prize giving ceremony will be organised atWednesday PWT sprint only.• All toilets at the start/arena will be regularlydisinfected. No showers in arenas.• The team zone will be neither in the arenanor at the pre-start.• Disinfection stands will be located at manyplaces (start, arena, refreshments)• Each participant of the event will have tosign an affidavit statement (see below).
3/ CONFIRMATION OF APPLICATIONS
We ask all the participants for a binding confirmation no later than by 10.10.2020 23:59 to [email protected].
Please mention "confirmation" in the subject, it will help us to reduce the administration.

NAME LISTSWe ask the team leaders to send name lists to e-mail: [email protected] till Sunday 18.10.2020 23:59.
FORMAT• Name list of athletes• Name list of team officials• Accommodation: name + address, in case thewhole team does not stay at one place, pleasestate all accommodations and their names foreach specific competitor.
The organizers are obliged to provide these lists to the Regional Hygiene Station.
4/ INVITATION LETTER
Teams or individual competitors who need an invitation letter for coming, please write us at [email protected]. For faster administration, please mention "invitation letter" in the subject. Official invitation letter will be sent as soon as possible.
5/ TEST C-19 6/ AFFIDAVIT
All participants (competitors, officials, organi- sers) must submit a signed honorary declara-tion of Euromeeting 2020 in the Event Office. This declaration can be found HERE.
7/ STORNO CONDITIONS
ENTRY FEE - if the participant cannot come due to the restrictions imposed by his own country or by the Czech Republic or will be in the qua- rantine, he/she will not be charged an entry fee.
ACCOMMODATION - cancellation after 11.10. 2020 00:01 will be invoiced. This information does not apply to individually arranged accom-modation.
8/ CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in case of a lockdown of the Czech Republic. In the case of cancellation, there will be still individual training possibilities available in the area.
Competitors arriving from “red countries” at the traffic lights of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic must undergo a covid-19 test. A regularly updated list of EU countries can be found HERE, not EU countries are men-tioned HERE.
• Map of testing places (only the blue points are valid for foreigners) - HERE.• The test cost is around 2 000 CZK, depending on the particular testing institution.• Most of the testing places are using a reser-vation system, it is necessary to register for the test in advance! More info on the website of each place, available on the link above.• We are currently negotiating booking of test capacity for Euromeeting participants. If you are interested in getting tested, you can write to [email protected], please mention “C-19 test” in the subject.• The test result (either positive or negative) must be immediately sent by e-mail to the Regional Hygienic Station - [email protected] • In case of a positive test, the athlete has to contact the organiser immediately.It is likely that positively tested athletes/team officials will have to leave Czech Republic within 5 days.There will be an isolation in the event centre hotel Bezděz prepared for such cases.
