Discussion Örebro/Hamburg Luxembourg: delivery of COCs not via TAA but via a ‘neutral’

central point, a dispatcher; very high availability needed ACEA: process of delivery may not be delayed! Time is

money! Why not deliver to the RAs? The Netherlands: guaranteed availablity and fast access

essential for Dutch registration procedures => immediate forwarding of COCs

Germany: keep the pilot simple; EUCARIS is meant for the exchange of messages, not for business logics; validation outside EUCARIS

Germany, Sweden: COCs already delivered by manufacturers, but not in harmonized EU-format

Germany: forwarding of COCs to country of destination currently impossible; country-code not available in German-format COCs
