DAY 02: Addis/ADD - Langano

DAY 01: Addis/ADD
On arrival our representatives will
meet you at Bole international
Airport and transfer to Hotel. After
check in you will be given an over
view of the program and Itinerary.
up next the rest of the day will be
dedicated to visit the historical sites
found in Addis Ababa: since the year
1958 E.C Addis Ababa is known to be
the capital city of Ethiopia. The
stunning city has a lot of
chronological and cultural site
seeing place including the national
Archaeological museum, where we
will see 3.6 million years old remains
of "Lucy", whose skeletal remains
where discovered in 1974. you will
also visit the Ethnological museum
at Addis Ababa University, Holy
Trinity Cathedral church and finally
drive up to Mount Entoto which rises
up to an altitude of 3,000 meter and
offer the panoramic view the
metropolis .Addis Ababa is situated
2,300-2,500 above sea level. O/n in

DAY 02: Addis/ADD - Langano
Drive south to the Rift
Valley Lake of Langano
visiting the rock-hewn
church of Adadi Mariam that
is believed to be the
southernmost church
founded by King Lalibela,
the pre-historic
archeological site of Melka
Kunture, and the stelea field
of Tiya (UNESCO World
Heritage Site). At Lake
Langano enjoy swimming
and bird watching around.

Drive to Chencha (the Dorze village).
Drive 300 km south to Arba Minch
visiting the tribal people of Alaba who
are noted for their beautifully painted
houses, Wolita, known for their
cultivation of Enset or False Banana,
and Dorze – who are renowned for
their huge huts and colorful cotton
clothes, en route to Dorze village, and
then a visit to the traditional village of
Chencha, where you will sure be fascinated by the waving style of the Dorze people.

DAY 03: Addis/ADD - Arbaminch
DAY 04: A

Whole day in Arbaminch, including
Nech Sar NP’s and Chamo Lake. Arba
Minch, the largest town in southern
Ethiopia, is set amongst lush green
hills near Lakes Abaya and Chamo.
Arba Minch is named for the
abundant local springs that produce a
groundwater forest; in Amharic,
ArbaMinch means "forty springs.”…..
….The town proper is divided into two distinct
settlements; buses and taxis connect Shecha (on higher
ground) and downtown Sikela. Shecha is the uptown
administrative centre. Just four kilometers away is Sikela
and the commercial, industrial, and downtown residential
areas. On the eastern side of Sikela lies the gate to
Nechisar National Park, which covers the isthmus between
Lake Abaya to the north and Lake Chamo to the south. The
park has not much to offer except small antelope, a few
monkeys and baboon and a variety of birds. The region is
known for crocodile (also known as the crocodile market
which is an area of abundant, large, wild crocodiles) and
hippo, fish farming, and O/n in Arbaminch
DAY 05: Arbaminch - Jinka
After breakfast drive to Konso where colorfully costumed dress, impressive terracing of the Land and unusually engraved wooden statues used as grave markers can be seen. Further along the route visit the Woito people live in the area around Woito River and Tsemay village. Continue driving down to the south to the small town of Key Afer.op at this little town and visit the Key Afer Tribal Market. Late afternoon you will arrive in Jinka. O/n in JInka
DAY 06: Jinka
After breakfast leave Jinka and drive to Mursi village to visit and appreciate the very attractive culture of Mursi tribe. They are renowned for the strange custom followed by their women who, on reaching maturity, have their lower lips slit and circular clay discs inserted. Proceed to Mago National Park. After a picnic lunch in the late afternoon drive back to Jinka. O/n in JInka

After break fast you will drive to Turmi. En-route you will see different ethnic tribes such as Banna and Hammer people. The best time to visit the hammer dancing style is after the sun goes down. These tribes find unique ways in which to express their artistic impulses which contain a number of specific symbolic messages. For example, on their arms to represent each enemy that they have killed in battle. Elaborate hairstyles are another form of personal adornment, Hamer women wear mud and clarified butter and topped off with a head-dress featuring extravagant shapes. The Jewelers they use tends to be simple but it must be striking colorful necklaces, chunky metal wrestlers and armlets, shiny nails appended to skirts, multiple earrings are most common one. At the end off the day drives back to Turmi. O/n in Turmi
DAY 08: Turmi
An early drive to Omorate to cross the river and enjoy the home of Lower Omo people and their remarkable mix of small, contrasting ethnic groups. Their Lifestyles are as varied as the tribes them selves. Gelebe (Dsaneech) one of the tribe you will visit settling on the bank of Omo River. After seeing the small village’s people return bake to Turmi. O/n in Turmi
DAY 09: Turmi-Arbaminch
Along the Way visit the tribes of Erbore, when we reach Weyto we will take a break for to have some tea. Lunch will take place at konso. Drive back to Arbaminch. O/n Arbaminch in a chosen hotel.
DAY 10: Addis/ADD (Departure) Drive back to Addis Ababa. Departure
