This message is to inform parties that have contacted Leviton Technical Support in regards toinoperable 009-RAC00-ETH modules for Z-Max Plus, Relay Cabinets. This message is to inform youthis reported problem has been resolved.

Vendor part number on inoperable Ethernet modules is (MT100SEM and MT100SEM-IP)

The following needs to be done in order to correct this unfortunate situation.

If you have an MT100SEM module, please contact us for a replacement module; please generatereplacement order and use Leviton Part Number: 013-RAC00-ETH.Once the new module is received install the module and then download V2.68 CPU code and V4.12Visual Programmer, from www.leviton.com/zmaxhelp and follow the instructions required to updateyour panel and configuration software.

If you have a MT100SEM-IP, please contact us for RMA to have Ethernet module returned andupdated.Once the module is received install the module and then download V2.68 CPU code and V4.12Visual Programmer, from www.leviton.com/zmaxhelp and follow the instructions required to updateyour panel and configuration software.
