WHAT IS ROOKIEBOX AND WHAT IS OUR AIM ?
For the sake of introducing ourselves, Rookiebox is a creative community which
tries to provide a networking area where everyone can have their own space. In this
platform, people will be able to show their talent, will find their passions or new sources
of inspiration. Eventually, you can join our community for some extra income.
WHAT IS AN eTALENT ?
eTalents are online contests created by entrepreneurs who want to use
Rookiebox as an innovative tool in order to reach their goals. They will have the
opportunity to earn an economic benefit, get to be known by a new audience or
establish new network relationships. The creator of an eTalent does not need to be a
business person, anyone can do it! It will give you new opportunities with enterprises or
institutions which will discover your project!

FINALLY, WHAT IS THE eTALENT CHALLENGE?
The eTalent Challenge is an international contest outlined together with a prize
of 2000€ that awards the most impressive and attractive eTalent of any kind (e.g.:
poetry, photography, lettering) created within the platform of Rookiebox. The contest will
last from September 1st, 2018 to June 30th, 2019.Your participation in the eTalent
Challenge will not be considered if:
- Despite being an active user of Rookiebox community, you have explicitly stated your
desire to keep your creative content out of the challenge.
- You are a public institution or privately-owned business.

WHAT IS OUR AIM WITH THE eTALENT CHALLENGE?
• Through the different opportunities offered by Rookiebox, we would like to show the
artistic skills and talent of our users.
• One of our goals is to diminish the impact of borders and open the platform from
people from anywhere within the world.
• In this way, Rookieboxers are given a new way of earning spare money through their
own projects, gaining altogether networking popularity in social media.
• Similarly, our users will be offered a space to safely share their hobbies and interests.
• The networking provided by Rookiebox will enhance possibilities to get into the job
market.
• As a result, we will try to offer go-ahead, creative and dynamic profiles to the arts
industry in order to benefit artists, fans and business.
�HOW CAN YOU TAKE PART IN THE eTALENT CHALLENGE?

The eTalent can lasts as much as you want, but it should be finished by
the 30th of June of 2019.
On this date, we will publish the Top 10 of the best eTalents on our
website and social media, including the winner of the contest.
If you are the winner, you should contact us by email within the first
5days ([email protected])! We will need your name, email
address and telephone number.

HOW WILL WE CHOOSE THE WINNER OF THE CONTEST?
1. If the eTalent has free inscription and free votes:
TOTAL POINTS = Nº of participants + Nº of votes
2. If you decide that the participants need to pay something, but votes are free:
TOTAL POINTS = (Nº of participants x (1+Inscription price )) + Nº votes
3. If anyone can participate for free on your eTalent, but voters have to pay for it:
TOTAL POINTS = Nº of participants + (Nº of votes x (1+vote price))
4. If you decide that your eTalent monetizes both, inscripcion and votes :
TOTAL POINTS = (Nº of participants x (1+ Inscription price)) + (Nº de votes x (1+vote price))

WHAT IS THE PRIZE?
- The eTalent obtaining more points will receive a prize of 2000€.
- The 3 best eTalents will be awarded with exclusive advertisement on the blog of
Rookiebox.
- The 10 eTalents with more impact will be listed on our website with a brief review.
LEGAL TERMS:
1. The protection of participants’ data is completely guaranteed. It will only be used by
Rookiebox with the aim to send notifications about the contest or events related to our
website.
2. In the case that any eTalent breaks any procedure established on this document or
realized fraudulent acts, it will automatically remain discredited and Rookiebox would
proceed to the immediate disqualification of the participant from the contest, as well as
to the performance of the pertinent civil or penal actions.
3. Intellectual property rights of the contents (e.g.: images, statements, videos) belong to
their individual or collective creator.
4. Shall it happen that a person appears on pictures or videos related to the contest, it
will be understood that they are giving the necessary permission. In contrast, this
content will not be used with any commercial purposes.
5. Any inadequately content will be automatically removed from our webpage.
6. The corresponding taxes will be applied to the financial prize
7. Organizers are responsible of their own eTalents being Rookiebox only an online
platform.

8. If due to external reasons foreign to Rookiebox, prizes cannot be delivered, Rookiebox
could not be object of any reclamation.
