1. This is to certify that the list of works proposed under CRIDP 2012-2013

have not been taken up in the last five years under any Plan Schemes.

2. The proposed stretches are not under defect liability period under any

plan or non plan schemes.

CERTIFICATE FOR CBR SOIL

1. Supply of carted earth having CBR value more than 10 including cost and

conveyance of carted earth and all T&P charges and other labour charges,

incidental charges etc., as directed by the department officers for filling

sub grade portion, is available only at a lead of 4 Kms.

2. Required quantity of 10 CBR soil is available at a lead of 4 Kms

3. Certified that the cut earths available at this portion are not suitable

4. Certified that the carted earth is not available at nearby location. So, it has

to be conveyed from a distance of 4 Kms for sub grade filling and formation

CERTIFICATE FOR QUARRY

1. Certified that the leads adopted are shortest to the best of my knowledge

and belief.

2. Certified that the quarries adopted are having sufficient yield.

3. Certified that the CMP is erected at Km 1 / 0 of Tambaram Thiruneermalai

Road.

4. Certified that the Rates adopted other than the Schedule of Rates are not

exceeding to the Existing Local Market Rates.

CERTIFICATE FOR SECOND TACK COAT

This is to certify that

1. The traffic is heavy and more than 13875 CVPD.

2. There is no alternate road and diversion of traffic is not possible.

3. Half way method of execution is not possible.

4. Wearing course cannot be laid over binder before 48 hours.

The condition laid in as per CE General (H), Chennai-5, Circular Memo No.

13138 / Saalai-2 / 2002 / dated: 3.6.2002 are satisfied and hence second tack

coat is absolutely necessary.
