Check both top and bottom hook on inflection and if the safety latch are still functional.

One handed chain tensioning and doesn't return when chain is released.

Wire rope hoist EPS

Hoist for vertical, horizontal and diagonal use.

With overload protection with shear pin that breaks at 25% overload.

Extra shear pins, can be replaced under load. Lightweight steel body less prone for breakage

when drop accidentally.

Wire must ordered seperate. Standard 20mtr steel wire on core with point and safety hook (other lengths on request).

With connection hook or connection pin on the front side. Convenient retractable chrome pump rod.

Rubber seals on the upper side of the casing to protect against dirt.

Disconnecting the freewheel:

Press disconnect handle and reverse handle at the same time till the decouple grip remains in the cams.

The wire can now run freely through the hoist.

Maintenance:

Lubricate before use except the clamping jaws.

For cleaning open the casing at one side, degrease the inner parts with degreaser and lubricate it except the clamping

jaws. If the breaking shears are broken replace it by an original part. Those are supplied with the device.

For the EPS-8 in the lever and for the EPS-16 and EPS-32 in the support bracket.

Scaffold hoist CWS 230 Volt

A 230 volt lightweight compact hoist. Equipped with a limit switch for lowest and heigest point.

Protected against wrong winding of the wire. Safe break for both static and dynamic loading.

Power and control cable can be dismantled for safety in work breaks and transportation.

Standard 5 meter power cable and 10 meter control cable with emergeny stop switch, optional: extension cable.

360° rotatable safety hook with safety latch.

Built-in protections makes this hoist an excellent tool for all kind of lifting jobs.

Recommended to secure the hoist properly to a ridgid scaffold pipe or to the swing-arm

type CRH-0710.
