What is an Essential Question

•HELPS GUIDE LEARNING INSTEAD OF DICTATING WHAT SHOULD BE DONE.

• ENGAGES STUDENTS TO USE THEIR IMAGINATION

•ALLOWS STUDENTS TO SEEK A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING FOR THE TOPIC.

• THEY RAISE IMPORTANT QUESTION ACROSS CONTENT AREAS. ( MATH AND SCIENCE, ECT.)
