The annual ESMO congress was held in the Bella Cen-

ter in Copenhagen from 7-11 October 2016.

The congress is described by the European Society

for Medical Oncology (ESMO), as the leading scienti-

fic platform for research in the field. ESMO was one

of the largest congresses in Copenhagen ever with

20,000 participants and 460 invited speakers.

Teletech was asked to deliver IVS voting systems to

a total of 5,000 participants at the many satellite

symposiums. Logistically, it was a big and interesting

challenge for our project managers and technicians.

To utilize the equipment efficiently across the sym-

posium, our technicians set up and transferred the

equipment multiple times to different locations.

In addition, they were responsible for operating and

programming all questions for the voting sessions.

The IVS voting systems enabled the organizers and

participants to get valuable data and knowledge.
