1 Introduction

International Risk Control Association (IRCA) is not-for-profit entity promoting risk management in

the Asia Pacific Region. The Association has in excess of 240,000 members.

Enterprise Risk Solutions Group Limited (ERSG) is a group of companies that started in 2003 in

Australia and from the outset offered its clients a diverse range of sustainable business solutions. The

solutions are founded on sound development and implementation of risk and project management

principles and methodology whilst using internationally recognized strategic processes.

ERSG is a management consulting firm specializing in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management,

Process Risk Assessment, Project Management supported by Management Software. A wide

range of Government Accredited and Non-accredited Training is also available.

ERSG has been appointed as one of the partners of IRCA with a view to providing risk

management consulting, training and auditing services as requested by the Association

members.

Enterprise Risk Solutions Group Limited (ERSG) offers its clients a diverse range of effective

business solutions by ensuring that the proposed approach is project and client specific but at the

same time ensuring that it meets global accepted and recognized practices.

Our Risk Management solutions approach is based a wide range of international standards (ISO

31000, AS/NZS 4360) but always tailored to meet the requirements of each project based on company

and country requirements.

Our Risk Assessment solutions cover a wide scope and include audits i.e. AS4801, ISO45001, ISO

9000 and ISO 4001, and process safety i.e. HAZOP, SIL, PSSR, Incident Investigation, PSM and

MHF consultancy services as well as large scale risk assessment projects in the form of Urban Risk

Assessment (URA}

Our Project Management solutions approach is defined by developing specific tailored but

internationally accepted processes for each project. ERSG uses ‘Prince2’ as its base approach.

Our Business Software Suite consists of the well-established ℮Risk360 suite of software products

giving support to client solutions and providing the ability to turn information into intelligence.

Our Training solutions are approved by the Australian Government and the approach delivers

knowledge and skills in line with the Australian Training Qualifications Framework (ATQF) through a

partner Registered Training Organization (RTO) based in Australia.

ERSG has delivered customized, practical and integrated solutions to assist its clients with the

development & management of their assets, personnel, systems, processes, products and services for

the past 14 years.

ERSG has been responsible for the completion of a diverse variety of projects that includes the

ERSG has an established a large resource pool of over 34 consultants which consists of full time

activities comply and align with applicable standards, client requirements and relevant legislation.

IRCA is a not-for-profit organization established in Hong Kong and promotes risk management in the

The ERSG team consists of dynamic, practical, performance enhancement driven professionals who

have worked in 47 countries and are all experts in their chosen field of operation.

We believe in creating long lasting business partnerships, as it is with the organization that we will
