1.1.1.1.1.1.2 Call Horizon in Days Up to now, you were only able to define a percentage for the call horizon. This function enables you to define the call horizon in days and working days as well. Thesystem then generates maintenance call objects a specific number of days/working days before the planned date. If you define the call horizon in working days, the system bases scheduling on the assigned factory calendar and takes weekends, holidays, and your company's vacation shutdown into account. You candefine the call horizon in maintenance strategies, strategy plans, and single cycle plans. If you define or change the call horizon in a maintenance strategy, thevalue you specify is then proposed in all maintenance plans created thereafter.

NoteThe identifier was delivered with SAP Note 2033289 Creation of Exposure Scenario Header Data (Exposure Scenario Management).

Structure of Exposure ScenariosThe structure of exposure scenarios is specified in transaction Substance Workbench (CG02). This is necessary to be able to build on this structure in the ReportDefinition component for the output of exposure scenario data on extended safety sheets. See the following:

You create exposure scenarios that you send to your customers with the extended safety data sheet in transaction Substance Workbench (CG02) in theProduct (REAL_SUB).For each exposure scenario, you create an instance in the Use and Exposure Scenario (SAP_EHS_1027_001) value assignment type in the Product(REAL_SUB).For each exposure scenario in the Substance Workbench (CG02), create a specification with the specification type Exposure Scenario Header Data(ES_HEAD) and assign this specification to the exposure scenario in the Use and Exposure Scenario (SAP_EHS_1027_001) value assignment type on theSpecification Listing tab page. For each contributing scenario Environment, create a specification with the specification type Contributing Scenario Environment (CS_ENV) in the SubstanceWorkbench (CG02) and assign this specification to the exposure scenario in the Use and Exposure Scenario (SAP_EHS_1027_001) value assignmenttype on the Specification Listing tab page. For each contributing scenario Worker, create a specification with the specification type Contributing Scenario Worker (CS_WRK) in the SubstanceWorkbench (CG02) and assign this specification to the exposure scenario in the Use and Exposure Scenario (SAP_EHS_1027_001) value assignmenttype on the Specification Listing tab page. For each contributing scenario Consumer, create a specification with the specification type Contributing Scenario Consumer (CS_CON) in the SubstanceWorkbench (CG02) and assign this specification to the exposure scenario in the Use and Exposure Scenario (SAP_EHS_1027_001) value assignmenttype on the Specification Listing tab page.

Migration of Existing Contributing ScenariosThe program Migration of Specification Type for Contributing Scenarios is provided for the migration of existing contributing scenarios (EXPO_SCEN) to the specificcontributing scenarios. By calling this program (RC1_MIGRATE_EXPOSCEN), the specification type of the exposure specifications (usually EXPO_SCEN) isreplaced by one of the new specification types for contributing scenarios.

NoteThe program was delivered with SAP Note 2028849 Migration of the specification type for contributing scenarios (exposure scenario management).

Creating Exposure Scenario Header DataThe program Creation of Exposure Scenario Header Data (RC1_GENERATE_ESHEAD) is provided for the creation of exposure scenario Header Data (ES_HEAD).

NoteThe program was delivered with SAP Note 2033289 Creation of Exposure Scenario Header Data (Exposure Scenario Management).

Migration of Value Assignment Types for Risk Management Measures (RMM): Worker and ConsumerThe program Migration of RMM Value Assignment Types (RC1_MIGRATE_RMM) is provided for the migration of existing RMM value assignment types to the newRMM value assignment types for workers and consumers.

NoteThe program was delivered with SAP Note 2054885 Migration of risk mitigation measures (RMM) to new value assignment types.

Change from Multiple-Value to Single-Value CharacteristicsThe indicator is changed from Multiple Values to Single Value for the following characteristics:

The characteristics are updated with property tree delivery package 2014-2. Also refer to SAP Note 1761696 Delivery of Enhancements to the EH&S PropertyTree STANDARD.Before you update the property tree in your system or import the corresponding Support Package, you need to check whether the characteristics are assignedmultiple values and change the specifications manually according to this. Otherwise, the characteristics that are assigned multiple values will be displayed assupporting single value assignment only in the table-based value assignment in the specification workbench. Basic Data and Tools (New)

New Menu Entry for Data ImportIn EH&S OCC, a new Data Import menu entry has been added with the following submenu entries:

    Specification ImportPhrase ImportSettingsLog On/Log Off

Specification ImportYou can use the new Specification Import function in EH&S OCC to import specification data made available in table format into specification management eitherwith or without a system connection (online or offline respectively). If you perform an online import, you establish a direct connection to the SAP system. The new specification import in EH&S OCC uses the standard BAPIinterface for EHS to write the data made available in table format directly to the specification database. If you perform an offline import, there is no direct connection to the SAP system. The new specification import function in EH&S OCC therefore converts the data intable format from the file to the standard EH&S import format for specification data (see also under Specification Import). You then use the Import Specificationstransaction (CG33) to import this transfer file into Specification Management (EHS-BD-SPE).

Phrase ImportYou can use the new Phrase Import function in EH&S OCC to import phrases made available in table format into SAP Phrase Management in offline mode. Whenyou perform an offline import, the new Phrase Import function in EH&S OCC converts the data from the file made available in table format into the standard EH&Simport format for phrases (see also under Phrase Import). You then use the Import Phrases transaction (CG31) to import this transfer file into Phrase Management(EHS-BD-PHR).

SettingsYou can use this new function to specify the paths under which log files and transfer files (.DAT files) are stored, for example.

Log On/Log OffUsing the new Log On or Log Off function in EH&S OCC, you can establish or disconnect the connection to the system.

Effects on Existing DataThe new data import function does not affect your existing data.

Effects on Data TransferThe new data import function allows you to load data from external systems into the specification database more easily. This simplifies the process of migratingdata from your legacy system, for example.

Effects on CustomizingIn Customizing under Basic Data and Tools Basic Settings Manage User Exits , the following entry has been enhanced for the new import function:

User exit category: SUB_LOADUser exit: IMPORTSpecification category: SUBSTANCEFunction module: C1E4_SUB_REGSTAT_CALCUser exit description: Data Import Function in Open Content Connector

In this user exit, you configure under Parameters and Values basic settings for the online specification import, such as save mode, rating, or validity period. In Customizing under Basic Data and Tools Tools EH&S Open Content Connector (EH&S OCC) , you can now find the implementation documentation underSet Up Substance Data Import.

Additional DetailsYou might need to correct bank details for one of two reasons:

The entire bank details were entered incorrectly and have to be changed.Only the IBAN was entered incorrectly and has to be corrected.

If you only change the IBAN, the system should only derive a new bank key and bank account if the entire bank details were entered incorrectly, but not whenonly the IBAN needs to be corrected. The system can not automatically determine which of the two is the case. You control the system response by making anentry in the Behavior at Change of IBAN field in the processing variants. The following values are possible:

No Adjustment of Bank Key and Bank AccountIf you change an IBAN, the system does not derive a new bank key and bank account.Always Derive Bank Key and Bank AccountIf you change an IBAN, the system always derives a new bank key and bank account.User DecidesIf you choose this setting, the system displays a dialog, in which the user can make the decision for the particular case.
