ERIES® benefits from the experience of Light Sources (USA) manufacturer of these lamps and its subsidiary in Europe, Light Tech (Hungary) allowing a faster supply.

CHARACTERISTICS OF UVC LAMPS WORLD-WIDE EXPERTISE

The UVC germicide effect, studied for more than 70 years has been performed from the research of various processes producing radiation in 253.7 nm

PATENTED TEAR-PROOF SLEEVEA sleeve made of transparent to UVC material prevents any dispersion of lamp breakage.

In case of accidental breaking of the lamp, the sleeve thermo-retracted ensures a physical protection against any dispersal of quartz. The sleeve is tear-proof and can support a non-cutting shock without deterioration. The quartz of the lamp, even broken, cannot cause any damage or loss of sleeve’s integrity.



THE INTELLIGENT DOSEWith the software developed by ERIES®, we can calculate the efficient dose, with the number of lamps and their position in the system, which will allow to expose a maximum surface according to the operating conditions.

UVC lampsLamps usually used in our equipments are « low pressure of mercury » type in the ranges:

• Standard, PH series, 16 mm diameter tube

• High Output, HO series - 16 mm tube

• Amalgam, PHH series, 19 mm diameter tube

4 PIN CONNECTOR The peculiarity of these lamps is their 4 pins connectors in a single extremity.

ELECTRONIC REGULATION Lamp UVC is only a part of the system.

An electronic ballast ensures optimum supply of the lamp with preheating before ignition.

The technical characteristics are decisive for the overall performance.

HIGH FREQUENCY BALLASTSLamp UVC is only a part of the system which must be completed and optimized with the ballast chosen, according to its technical features.

This determines the performance of the entire system. The ballasts presented here are adapted to the UVC tube supply.

Each type of ballast allows the supply of one or two tubes and corresponds to a certain power range

TC 9000 HOUR COUNTER Suitable for use with UVC lamps. The countdown fonction takes also the ignition phases and alerts the necessary lamp exchange.

PHOTO-RADIOMETER HD2302.0The HD2302.0 is a portable instrument with a large LCD display. It measures illuminance, luminance, PAR and irradiance (across VIS-NIR, UVA, UVB and UVC spectral regions or measurement of irradiance effective according to the UV action curve).

CONNECTORS FOR 4C LAMPS

PLASTIC CONNECTORThe plastic connectors are reserved for the T5 series UV tubes (Ø 15 mm), the contacts supporting up to 1A max.

The plastic material is UV resistant.

CERAMIC CONNECTOR The ceramic connectors were made for feeding T6 UV tubes (Ø 19 mm) with a current greater than 1A.

CAPPROTECTION OF CONNECTORS

These caps cover the connectors of the T5 series UV tubes to ensure protection when washing the machine.

CLIPS - FIXING TUBES ON EQUIPMENTThe tubes are held by clips that allow easy maintenance. Mounted at the end of each tube this clip ensures the maintenance of the tubes.
