Take your time to prepare the application
Make use of existing networks and build upon established partnerships
Take into consideration the specific characteristics of the application
Partner country institution‘s perspective is just as important as the applicant institution’s one!
Start with staff mobility when targeting a new partner
Cooperation with more than one HEI within one partner country is possible
