DECISION n°94

of the Administrative Board of the European Railway Agency adopting the statement of

estimates 2015

THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF THE EUROPEAN RAILWAY AGENCY, Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 881/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a European Railway Agency1 (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") and in particular article 38(8)

thereof, Having regard to the Agency's Financial Regulation adopted on 31 December 2013, and in particular article 33 thereof,

Whereas:

It is necessary that a statement of estimates of revenue and expenditure including an establishment plan for the following year is adopted by the Administrative Board each year by 30 March, HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

The statement of estimates of revenue and expenditure for the financial year 2015, accompanied with an establishment plan, is adopted as set out in the annex to this decision.

Article 2

The present decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its adoption. It will be published on the Agency website.
