Task: Assess your project at this point using the mark grid…

• Task 2:

Identify what aspect of your project you need to work on most urgently. Identify three actions from the list which will improve the mark you give yourself in one or more of the mark criteria.

By the end of the session, you need to be able to demonstrate progress against the criteria!

Possible targets… (if you have had mid project review use plans)

• Develop an aspect of artefact (i.e. edit photos, write script, sketch designs etc) – this must be part of your plan

• Complete paperwork up to review• Write a survey (online or in person)• Collect information from a physical book (check

library atalogue)• used ‘infotrac’ to find quotes or statistics. • Conduct an interview through email• Plan some kind of experiment or test• Analyse something as model or a case study• Consult a specialist organisation for facts/figures or

opinions• Have you searched ‘google books’ • Have you searched ‘google scholar’

• Group quotes and data into ‘for and against’ or ‘strengths/weaknesses’ or similar

• Produce a graph from data found• Produce a pie chart from data found• Produce a written list of conclusions about some

research or reading • Create a flow chart showing a process or cause and

effect or your planning of an aspect of the work• Show different perspectives or viewpoints on the

same issue through use of a table or a diagram• Create a timeline or other diagram which shows

key aspects of an era or development of an idea or product.
