BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE BACKGROUND

AND ORGANISATION OF THE COMPANY

Headwest Enterprises Private Limited is a wholly Zimbabwean company registered in terms of

the Zimbabwe Companies Act. Headwest Enterprises was reorganized in 2016 to be the holding

entity for Curity Enterprises which had been trading as Curity Environmental Consultancy and

had been operational for 6 years and was one of the leading environmental consultancy

companies in Zimbabwe. The enterprise is registered with the Environmental Management

Agency as Headwest Enterprises t/a Griynova Environmental Consultancy. The company’s main

thrust is to provide world class environmental solutions that emphasize reduction of

environmental exposure to hazardous chemicals while at the same me fostering economic and

social development. The following is the structure of the company all headed by Tawanda

Marongwe as the Managing Consultant.
