1. You’re run down and you feel too busy. There’s no room for

personal time in your calendar and perhaps there’s the feeling

of burden where joy use to reside. Yep this is what they call

2. The quality of your work is in danger of slipping and

you can no longer fill customer needs in a timely

income/revenue.

5. You’ve hit the ceiling – there’s no place else to go with the resources and time

you currently have. As human beings by nature we’re reactive creatures versus proactive – so sometimes it takes us

1. I  teach entrepreneurs to set up CRM databases and start

tracking their customers/prospects even if

they only have a hand full in the beginning.

2. Set revenue goals. Even if its a small goal its a great exercise to set a benchmark and develop a strategy to reach it. It should be enough that it’s something you have to reach for

– but be realistic and don’t set yourself up to fail.

5. Put a dollar sign on your time, decide how much money you want to make, break that down to an hourly

figure and then make sure that you’re creating the activity during the day that pays you. This will keep you off the profit-sucking hamster wheel.

6. No brown-bagging! If you’re unwilling to make financial

investments in your business, you’ll stay in the same place for a long time. If you don’t believe in your business enough to invest in it –

don’t expect others to either.

Have your finger on the pulse of your business so you know

when it’s time to make changes. When it IS time to make changes – do it. Don’t

sabotage your growth.
