Your info should auto-populate

Select YOUR unit. When searching, leave all fields blank then click search to view the entire list of unitsSelect your department if it is listed. If

not, select Department not Specified.

Select your Unit’s Installation

Provide a good contact phone number and email address. The email address doesn’t have to be a government address. Enrollment and disenrollment information is sent to this email address

After Requesting an Account

•Once your account is requested you can enroll in a course through the global registration even if your account has not been authenticated by your Unit Ground Safety Officer/Ground Safety Manager

•Follow the steps on the following slides to enroll or waitlist in a course

If you are enrolling in a class with open seats this button will say enroll not waitlist.

If you need a training Motorcycle, check this box (Basic Rider Course only) Advanced Rider Course requires own motorcycle.

This will say you have been enrolled even if you have been waitlisted. It is recommended that you show up at 0645 the day of the course if you are in the waitlist. Seats are given away beginning at 0700 first to those on the waitlist then to walk-ins. If you show up after all seats have been given away (after 0700) you will be turned away.

Dis-enrolling from a course•If you do not have an authenticated account and need to disenroll from a course your GSM/GSO will need to authenticate your account then remove you from the course.

•If you have an authenticated account, you can disenroll yourself from the course. 24 hours before the course, the disenrollment option is no longer available. Please plan accordingly. If you have duty, operational commitments, or something else that comes up, please disenroll

•Base safety will not disenroll riders within 24 hours of the start of the course. You will show up as absent on the training roster that goes out to the area commands each week if you do not show up to the class.

•The clerk at the Motorcycle Training Center will deactivate all ESAMS accounts for riders the following week.
