and innovative Croatian scientific research solves this environmental problem

One well-known Croatian meteorologist (Master Engineer meteorology) concluded that (in Croatia) occurred alternately warming and cooling measured by the period of 30 years. This proves the analysis of meteorological measurements of air

temperature in Zagreb (city quarter Grič) of the 1861st yr. until today, by which it is no longer controversial trend increase in the average annual air temperature in the world as a global phenomenon.

Climate in Croatia belongs to the temperate climate, so this observation may serve as a representative sample - the source of Croatian Radio Television HRT, Saturday morning, 13.12. 2009th, I program on public TV.

In this context, this paper will provide an expert explanation of the essence of error by which CO2 is the main causal of global warming of the planet Earth.

CONTENT:

Modern use of the discovery of alternating current (Nikola Tesla) runs from the beginning of 19th century (the first hydroelectric power plants in Europe was built in the town of Sibenik on the Krka River). But this discovery was not validated as a

development research project in relation to a possible accompanying ecological disaster that often accompanies the technical inventions that seek to change some natural laws.

The discovery of alternating current by Nikola Tesla was a professional solution that assumes that it is necessary to make appropriate research extension, even in the way that science defines the natural source of AC power. However, modern science

provides the theory of electron flow and further describes that there is a similar matter in the electronic structure of metal crystal lattice of metal, and nothing more!

Therefore NUKTGT-theory, written by the author of this paper, describing the source of alternating current as the so-called. Newton's scientific Ether, solves a century-old scientific mystery.

Ether is therefore the natural environment of the planetary plasma, and its components is also a vacuum which is located in the magnetic field of the planet Earth, next to its surface. (... or any other natural science disciplines.On the other hand NUKTGT explained that the extraction of electrons from the described Newton's Aether is the main cause of

harmful climate change on our planet Earth.In other words, science does not provide valid arguments for the interpretation of climate change because it can not "reconcile"

all natural discipline.

Current scientific theory of greenhouse effect is on glass legs. Author will again, but more transparent than before, explain this attitude by the following analysis, all based on his previous work on NUKTGT-theory described in articles in CROSBI-Bibliography (http://bib.irb.hr) or in his manuscript, which located in

the archives of the State Intellectual Property RH (written material that has emerged in the period since 1997. g. to 2005.).The impossibility of the appearance of the greenhouse gas CO2, can be best explained through comparisons of micro and

macro model so that this last takes into account the planet Earth as a body located in the center area which supposedly covers the greenhouse gas pCO2 which is located as an alleged gas that insulates the surface Earth from direct contact with the

nearest layer of the atmosphere (air).

It is known that CO2 gas is heavier than air. Because greenhouse gas CO2 in the form of cover (and in the atmosphere of the alleged heat insulator) can really occur in the wine cellars that are not well ventilated during the fermentation of grape from

which wine is produced. Namely in Croatia, in the last 30 years (as the author remembers), almost every year after saving the grapes, happened one tragic case of asphyxia winemakers in the cellars, where wine fermentation occurred in the non-

ventilated and enclosed cellars. This fact about the possible dangers of CO2 gas is a matter of common knowledge.So this is unfortunately a sad example of micro-gas model to create a physical barrier between CO2 and atmospheric air, and it

is not questionable.

However, if this is unquestionable micro-model then it is questionable macro-model, when we consider the possibility of creating a hazardous gas physical barrier around the Earth.

That it is possible appearance of such macro-blanket of CO2 gas, it would fall to the ground creating an analog physical barrier between the surface of planet Earth and atmospheric air. In this case, the accumulation of gas CO2 in the atmosphere had to

appear as a deadly gas so that it would have destroyed the living world on Earth (humans and animals).

Less radical theory aligned with the point of science can take into account the accumulation of CO2 in the atmosphere as the mixing of gas with atmospheric air, and speaking only theoretically, it would have to create a physical barrier made up of atoms

of carbon and oxygen from CO2. According to this theory, these atoms would become an obstacle to the return of reflected sunlight in the atmospheric air above the surface of planet Earth. And then the greenhouse gas comes into consideration as a possible cause of global warming, but it would immediately open a logical question, "why CO2 gas layer does not become a primary insulation of Planet Earth" from the incoming solar light (infrared) rays. So in this scenario would have to happen,

global cooling, not global warming.

In support of this consideration of the problem can serve the process of natural creation of clouds in the atmosphere. Clouds contain water vapor concentrated in one part of the atmosphere. Cloud cover as a real gas, is composed of water that is

evaporated from the H2O molecule and, as we know from life, cloud layer in the atmosphere acts as a thermal insulator against the real possibility that warming of the planet comes from the sun.

So CO2 greenhouse can have a similar effect only if this gas will appear in similar physical condition as a cloud that would then cause the effect of insulators and (consequently) the effect of cooling the planet, and certainly not warm up!.

In nature, there is a happy circumstance that Newton's Aether (mainly the part that corresponds to the vacuum state) "provides" that a relatively small (non-hazardous) concentration of "foreign" atoms of gases in the atmosphere do not cause heat-

insulating effect, and therefore no climate change.Namely the vacuum, like an invisible substance, fills the space between the atoms in gases and the space between the atoms of

substances in liquid or solid phase stage.Vacuum is a rare substance that is located in a vast area in the atmosphere. Vacuum can not lose its throughput even in the case of the increased pollution of the atmosphere with CO2, especially when obviously within this media is not yet formed a

dense compact layer of CO2 gas.

Therefore, the author of this work, ie NUKTGT-theory (English NUCTMS-theory) repeats the above conclusion that, even in the polluted atmosphere, the vacuum is still material that easily misses sunlight. However, other phenomena, ie dilution of vacuum,

due to pumping of electrons in the production of electricity (using Tesla's generator) causes a reduction of the magnetic permeability of vacuum.

In this way, the lack of electrons in the material from which the vacuum created, causing all the problems related to global warming of the planet Earth so that it can not be solved by politicians who do not have this important knowledge.

CONCLUSION

In this way, a valid theory of global warming is obviously contradictory, although it brings a benefit because it shows the moment "eleven fifty-five" to replace fossil fuels with solar energy in its direct conversion into electrical energy (eg Norway,

which has coal reserves for only 30 years-source-1)

HRVATSKI:

• UVOD:• Jedan poznati hrvatski meteorolog (Magistar inženjer Meteorologije) zaključio je da se (u Hrvatskoj)

događalo naizmjenično zatopljenje i zahlađenje mjereno po vremenskim periodima od 30 godina . To dokazuje analiza meteoroloških mjerenja temperatura zraka u Zagrebu (gradski kvart Grič) od 1861. god. sve do danas po kojem više nije sporan trend porasta prosječne godišnje temperature zraka u svijetu kao globalna pojava.

• Klima u Hrvatskoj pripada umjerenoj klimi tako da ovo zapažanje može poslužiti kao reprezentativni uzorak – izvor Hrvatska radiotelevizija HRT, subota ujutro 13.12. 2009., na I. programu javne TV.

• U ovom kontekstu ovaj rad će pružiti stručno objašnjenje suština zablude po kojoj je CO2 glavni uzročnih od globalnog zagrijavanja planeta Zemlje.

• SADRŽAJ:

• Suvremeno korištenje otkriće izmjenične struje ( Nikola Tesla) traje od početak 19. stoljeća (prva hidrocentrala u Europi je izgrađena u gradu Šibeniku na rijeci Krki) . Ali ovo otkriće nije bilo validirano kao razvojni znanstveni projekt u odnosu na moguću prateću ekološku štetnost koja često prati tehničke izume koji teže mijenjanju nekih prirodnih zakonitosti.

• Otkriće izmjenične struje po Nikoli Tesli je bilo stručno rješenje koje pretpostavlja da je nužno napraviti odgovarajuću istraživačku dogradnju, pa makar na način da Znanost definira prirodni izvor izmjenične energije. Međutim današnja Znanost pruža teoriju o protoku elektrona i dodatno opisuje da slična elektronska tvar postoji u metalnoj strukturi kristalne rešetke metala, i ništa više!

• Zato NUKTGT-teorija, koju je napisao autor ovog rada, opisujući izvor izmjenične struje kao tzv. znanstveni Newton-ov Eter, rješava stoljetnu znanstvenu tajnu.

• Eter je dakle prirodni okoliš planetarne plazme, a njen sastavni dio je također vakuum koji je smješten u magnetskom polju planeta Zemlji tik uz njenu površinu. (…vidi druge radove u CROSBI-bibliografiji od autora ovog članka).




• Dakle Newton-ov Eter je nedovoljno istražena tvar koja nije definira po važećoj fizici ( posebno termodinamika) niti bilo koja druga prirodna znanstvena disciplina.

• Važeća znanstvena teorije Efekta staklenika stoji na staklenim nogama.• Autor će ponovo, ali transparentnije nego do sada, obrazložiti ovaj stav po slijedećoj analizi, sve na temelju

dosadašnjeg njegovog rada na NUKTGT-teoriji opisanoj u člancima u CROSBI-bibliografiji (http://bib.irb.hr) ili u njegovom rukopisu koji se nalazi u arhivi Državnog zavoda za intelektualno vlasništvo RH (pisani materijal koji je nastao u periodu od 1997. g. do 2005. god.).

• Nemogućnost same pojave plinskog staklenika od CO2, najlakše se može objasniti preko usporedbe mikro i makro modela tako da ovaj zadnji uzima u obzir planet Zemlju kao tijelo smješteno u središtu prostora kojeg navodno prekriva plinski staklenik od plina CO2 a koji je smješten kao navodni plin koji izolira površinu planeta Zemlje od neposrednog dodira s najbližim slojem atmosfere (zraka).

• Poznato je da je plin CO2 teži od zraka. Zbog toga staklenički plin CO2 u obliku pokrivača (a u atmosferi navodnog toplinskog izolatora) zaista može nastati u vinskim podrumima koji nisu dobro prozračeni u vrijeme vrenja mošta iz kojeg se proizvodi vino. Naime u Hrvatskoj, u zadnjih 30 godina (koliko se autor pamti), skoro svake godine nakon spremanja grožđa, se događao po jedan tragičan slučaj ugušenja vinara u podrumima, gdje vrenje mošta se događalo u ne prozračenim i zatvorenim podrumima. Ova činjenica o mogućoj opasnosti od plina CO2 je općepoznata stvar.

• Dakle to je nažalost tužan primjer mikro-modela stvaranja plinske fizičke pregrade između CO2 i atmosferskog zraka i to nije upitno.

• Međutim ako je ovo neupitan mikro-model onda je upitan makro-model, kada mi razmatramo mogućnost stvaranja opasne plinske fizičke pregrade oko planeta Zemlje.

• Da jeste moguća pojava ovakvog makro-prekrivač od plina CO2, isti bi pao na tlo stvarajući analognu fizičku prepreku između površine planeta Zemlje i atmosferskog zraka. U tom slučaju akumuliranje plina CO2 u atmosferi se morao pojaviti kao smrtonosan plin tako da bi već izumro živi svijet na Zemlji ( ljudi i životinje).




• Manje radikalna teorija usklađena s stanovištem znanosti može uzeti u obzir nagomilavanje CO2 u atmosferi kao miješanje ovog plina s atmosferskim zrakom i gledano samo teorijski, to bi moralo stvarati fizičku prepreku sačinjenu od atoma ugljika i kisika iz CO2. Po ovoj teoriji, ovi atomi bi postali prepreka za povratak reflektiranih sunčevih zraka u atmosferski zrak iznad površine planeta Zemlje. I tada staklenički plin dolazi u obzir kao mogući uzročnik globalnog zatopljenja , međutim to bi odmah otvorilo logično pitanje "zašto plinski sloj CO2 ne postaje prvenstveno izolacija planeta Zemlje" od dolaznih sunčevih svjetlosnih (infracrvenih) zraka. Dakle u ovom scenariju moralo bi se događati globalno zahlađenje, a ne globalno zatopljenje.

• U podršci ovakvog razmatranja problema može poslužiti proces prirodnog stvaranja oblaka u atmosferi. Oblaci sadrže koncentriranu vodene paru u jednom dijelu atmosfere. Oblak, kao stvarni plinski prekrivač, je sastavljen od isparene vode tj. od molekule H2O i , kao što mi znamo iz života, oblačni sloj u atmosferi djeluje kao stvarni toplinski izolator protiv mogućeg zagrijavanja planeta koje dolazi od sunca.

• Dakle staklenički CO2 može imati sličan efekt jedino ako će se ovaj plin pojaviti u sličnom fizikalnom stanju kao i oblak da bi tek onda uzrokovao efekt izolatora i (posljedično) efekt hlađenja planeta, a ne nikako zagrijavanja!.

• U prirodi postoji sretna okolnost da Newton-ovog Etera (u prvom redu onaj dio koji odgovara stanju vakuuma) «osigurava» da relativno male (neopasne) koncentracije "stranih" atoma plinova u atmosferi nikako ne može uzrokovati toplinski izolacijski efekt, pa time niti klimatske promjene.

• Naime vakuum, kao nevidljiva materija, ispunjava prostor između atoma u plinovima kao i prostor između atoma tvari u tekućoj ili u krutoj fazi.

• Vakuum je rijetka materija koja se nalazi u ogromnom prostoru u atmosferi. Vakuum ne može izgubiti njegovu propusnost čak niti u slučaju povećanog zagađenja atmosfere s CO2, pogotovo, kada očito unutar ovog medija nije nastao gusti kompaktni plinski sloj CO2 .

• Dakle, autor ovog rada tj. NUKTGT-teorije (engleski NUCTMS-teorije) ponavlja gornji zaključak da, čak u zagađenoj atmosferi, vakuum jeste još uvijek materija koja s lakoćom propušta sunčeva svjetlost. Međutim druga pojava tj. razrjeđivanje vakuuma, uslijed crpljenja elektrona kod proizvodnje električne energije (upotrebom Teslinog generatora) uzrokuje smanjivanje magnetske permeabilnosti vakuuma.

• Na ovaj način nedostatak elektrona u materijalu od kojeg je napravljen vakuum, uzrokuje sve probleme vezane uz globalno zagrijavanje planeta Zemlje tako da to ne mogu riješiti političari koji nemaju ovo važno saznanje.




• ZAKLJUČAK

• Na ovaj način važeća teorija globalnog zagrijavanja je očito kontradiktorna, iako ona donosi i određenu korist budući da ona pokazuje trenutak "pet do dvanaest" da se fosilna goriva zamijene s sunčevom energijom u njenoj direktnoj konverziji u električnu energiju (primjer Norveške koja ima zalihe ugljena za samo idućih 30 godina – Literatura 1)
