EnglishIn March, we read the story Zog, by Julia Donaldson. Can you describe the knight and tell us what kind of
person he was? Was he brave? What did he want to be? Use the words on
the sheet to help you.
MathsIn maths, can you try to solve the
new calculations on the sheet provided? Remember to use the
strategies we have practised so far this year. Look at the examples if you
need help.
ReadingRead for 15 minutes each day. Then can you write a short summary of what you read? Go on Bug Club to
read and answer questions about your reading. Remember to find your
answer in the text.
HandwritingCan you practice your handwriting so
that the letters are the correct size. Keep the letters on the line. Use the
sheet we have given you.
ScienceDo you know the names of the birds? Look out of your window and tick the sheet every time you see one of the
birds.
HistoryDo you know the names of the
members of the Royal Family. You will need to cut and stick the pictures in your book and write their names.
GeographyGreat Britain is made up of four countries. Can you label the sheet
with the correct names and then try to label the capital cities?
PEIt is important to keep moving to make sure we are staying fit and

Phonics Screening TestEven though the Phonics Screening Check is
cancelled this year, it is so important for children to continue practicing their reading. To practise their phonics, read every day for 15 minutes. In addition, practise sounds from

Art & DTLast week you designed a crown for the Queen. Now can you use your design to make the crown. You could use paper,
cardboard, paints and crayons.
