I write this letter because lately appeared some small problems related to the cooling system in the conference room of the company whose manager I am.

I ask because I need your help in choosing a new conditionary air.I need to see all models you have available in stock and also informations about their ability to cope with high temperatures and with a minimum consumption of energy. I am interested in a catalog or a brochure with available models because I need to compare them both in terms of quality and price.

I wish you could send me the materials that you would be available to offer me as soon as possible and I would like them to include both apparatus models and price details.

I would like next week Friday to assemble the device already in the conference room because we are waiting for some very important guests and the temperature is already too high for this period of the year.
