Step 1: Complete the questionnaire below without discussions.

Step 2: Get into groups of similar roles. Share 1st in dyads and then with others from other teams who serve in the same role as you do on your team. Move into large room sharing – listen from all roles.

Step 3: Join your team. Discuss what they heard from the large group sharing. As a team, begin to decide how your team will begin to build trust and psychological safety.
