Silver doesn't tarnish anymore thanks to the Stainless Technology of Agere

De Vecchi Milano 1935, historical Milanese silversmith, in collaboration with Agere, presents the first collection in the world that doesn't need recurring polishing to keep the silver surface shining bright: Balance.

The answer to the demanding polishing interventions is Agere's Stainless Technology: an innovative nano-molecular treatment that prevents silver and gold from tarnishing for years, even when exposed to the salinity of the marine environment.

Balance, a collection designed by Lucchese Design Studio that has been treated with this technology, is inspired by the sailing world. It navigates in a stream of contrasting feelings and materials: the design objects are a result of the juxtaposition of silver and sailing rope.

Agere applies, with the Stainless Technology, a nanometric layer of protecting molecules on any silver, gold or palladium surfaces. This layer stronglyprotects the surface from atmospheric agents and from daily manipulation. Products don't get old and remain shining bright for years.

Stainless Technology is a really effective treatment, specific for silver, that passed rigorous tests, including the damp heat and humidity test. Above all, the one of "saline haze": up to 96 hours exposure to a high concentration of salt spray. Silver wins for years against the big enemy: oxide. Products treated with Stainless Silver Technology keep their brightness up to 2 years in intensive condition of use.
