Don Macdonald joined the Wise Groups Employment Zone(EZ) project following a year of unemployment.

Dons Employment Consultant told him about the WiseGroups Call Centre project, which provides a route toemployment within the call centre industry offeringtraining in a live call centre. He hadnt thought about callcentre work before but saw this as a good opportunity toget back into a routine and learn new skills.

Don loved call centre work and his EZ EmploymentConsultant arranged for his travel to be funded. He wasalso helped with job searching and interview techniques.

Don secured a customer service position with outsourcecall centre provider Response and couldnt be happier.
