Study on Employer BrandingOBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY:
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
To study the kind of employer branding prevalent in companies and its impact on potential employees.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVE:
To study and analyze the components of employer branding.
To study and analyze the components of the employer branding process.
To understand what is a successful employer brand.
To study the benefits of a successful employer brand.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:
Research methodology is a way to systematically solve the research problem. In it we study the various steps that are generally adopted by a researcher in studying his research problem along with logic behind them.
RESEARCH DESIGN
The type of research carried out for this project is DESCRIPTIVE.
SAMPLING DESIGN
Sampling design may be designed as “the selection of some part of an aggregate or totality on the basis of which a judgment or inference about the aggregate or totality is made”. It is clearly define the set of objects, technically called the universe to be studied.
SAMPLE SIZE
The sample size taken for this study is 30-60 (yet to decide).
DATA COLLECTION
Data is going to be collected from two sources namely,
Primary data Secondary data
Primary data are those which are collected a fresh and for the first time. Secondary data are those, which are collected from earlier records from company files, magazines, journals and other source.
This research mainly focuses on primary data.
DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENT
The primary data needed for the study will be collected with the help of questionnaire. The questions may be either open ended or closed ended depending upon the nature of the research.
