According to the needs of the companies determined by the HR Survey

Participation of at least 70 HR staff from at least 40 companies

How to attract companies?

- Convincing them how the project is important / face to face meetings- Providing HR Management trainings free of charge to improve their technical capacity- Providing individual HR consultancy for free to develop their management capacity
