strenghts

I pride myself on my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what could be difficult situations. I like to make sure that my work is perfect, so I tend to perhaps spend a little too much time checking it. However, I've come to a good balance by setting up a system to ensure everything is done correctly the first time.

weakneses Being organized wasn't my strongest point, but I implemented a time management system that really helped my organization skills. Sometimes, I spend more time than necessary on a task, or take on tasks personally that could easily be delegated to someone else.

How do you handle stress

A typical interview question, asked to get a sense of how you handle on-the-job stress, is "How do you handle pressure?" Examples of good responses include: Stress is very important to me. With stress, I do the best possible job. The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress. I need good stress to stay motivated and productive. I react to situations, rather than to stress. That way, the situation is handled and doesn't become stressful. I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a challenging environment. From a personal perspective, I manage stress by visiting the gym every evening. It's a great stress reducer. Prioritizing my responsibilities so I have a clear idea of what needs to be done when, has helped me effectively manage pressure on the job. If the people I am managing are contributing to my stress level, I discuss options for better handling difficult situations with them. I find that when I'm under the pressure of a deadline, I can do some of my most creative work.

WHY WOULD WE HIRE YOUBecause I am very professional in every job I do,because I have exxelent time management,I am polit and intelligent person that knows hot to handle difficult situations and pressure, because I am a good team player ,motivated to progress and to build a career.I have a great amount of patience and compassion

Difficult situationsWhen asked the job interview question "How did you handle a challenge?" be sure to include specific examples of how you handled a particular difficult situation. Discuss how you researched the issue and contributed to finding a solution. Examples of good responses include: During a difficult financial period, I was able to satisfactorily negotiate repayment schedules with multiple vendors. When the software development of our new product stalled, I coordinated the team which managed to get the schedule back on track. We were able to successfully troubleshoot the issues and solve the problems, within a very short period of time. A long-term client was about to take their business to a competitor. I met with the customer and was able to change how we handled the account on a day-to-day basis, in order to keep the business.

ChalengingI find challenging when people around you do not see a bigger picture or canot see success and are not motivated to achieve something.because I am a person who strives for success and evolution of your skill and whole being carreer. When people are not organized and dont respect schedule and working ethics.

Have you ever had to deal with a difficult client? How did you do so?Yes I had a client who was always complaining on food that it was to cold or to hot,or quality ,but the food was great and we never had complaints really just this man working in a firm who was really unhappy and negative all the time. I told my shefs and driver that ewe pay attention when we maked food for the company he was working in that everything must be perfect because they ordered every day,my driver new that guy was he was the one waitning in front of that firm for the food in the afternoon and cuole of time me myself went and drive to that firm to be specialy nice to him and said to him in ersonally that we will do anything for outr customers and we really paid attention to the whole firm just for him and aafter a while he was very pleased because he acquaired attention that he needed the foofd was not really the problem he is ur best customer now.

-What you know about the role of a cabin crew member.

The role of an air cabin crew member is to provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. They are trained to deal with security and emergency situations which may arise and can administer first aid to passengers.Cabin crew ensure that all emergency equipment is in working order prior to take off and that there are enough supplies for passengers. They also help passengers to board the plane and give a demonstration of safety procedures and equipment.Air cabin crew strive to make the flying experience a pleasant one for the passengers and will serve refreshments and meals and sell gifts and duty-free items. Cabin crew may work on short or long-haul flights.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BECOME A CABIN CREW MEMBER?You will, most probably, have already answered this question when completing the application form. If this is the case, have a look at your application form response prior to the interview to make sure you give an alternative answer and also that you do not contradict yourself the second time around. When answering this question, concentrate on covering the following elements:-The main reason why your ambition.-The suitability of your personal qualities and attributes.-The positive aspects of the role variety, flexibility, working with others, etc.-Helping others/Customer care, etc.I enjoy my current job, I would now like a career that is more challenging, varied and exciting.I believe my own personal qualities would suit the role of a cabin crew memberWHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU SAW ANOTHER CABIN CREW MEMBER BEING RUDE TO A PASSENGER?Whilst this type of situation is very rare, it has happened and therefore, you should be ready for this type of question. As cabin crew you have a lot of responsibility on your hands and therefore, you should try to resolve the situation yourself. It is important to always apologise when something has gone wrong and in this case, this is what you should do first. Try to soften the situation by perhaps offering the passenger free soft drinks. Do not offer free alcohol as this could make them aggressive as time goes on and they think about the situation they have just found themselves in. Try to avoid escalating the situation to a formal complaint unless the passenger absolutely insists. If you need to, report the incident to your senior cabin crew member.

Hi Madalina,I am happy you find the website useful. To answer your questions:1A Mr. Smith You can see what other available seats are in the plane and offer him options. I have seat 1F available for you that has more leg room or we have row 10ABC available if you wish to have the entire row for yourself10C Mrs. Jones Mostly what parents want is to have their children entertained and acknowledged. A child is mostly happy with anything he can bang on or play with so you can use plastic cups, papers and pen for drawing and my personal favorite, a paper signed by the captain and the entire crew, Congratulations Baby Jones for your first flight with our airline Big impactAs for the flat-mates exercise, yes, pairing them by nationality is not a good idea. Actually, how you solve the issue is absolutely irrelevant. Is how you and your group members agree and disagree on this certain topic, how you integrate in the group and how you reach a conclusion. All the best with your interviews,-Kara
