s Land Based ActivitiesThe following are all land based, outdoor activities that can be held at a variety of venues and locations throughout the UK. If you don’t have a venue in mind for your event then get in touch for a recommendation as we have a number of fantastic options up our sleeves. Country PursuitsSet in the beautiful surrounds of the New Forest National Park, or at a suitable venue of your choice, these events can be tailored to suit your time, budget and location. Team Challenge SeriesThe Team Challenge Series consists of an array of outdoor tasks which all encourage team development in a humorous and relaxed environment. Each task requires participants to utilise different skill sets and to participate with other members of the team in order to succeed. The diverse range of activities and element of fun that threads it way through the event ensures that participants remain engaged from start to finish.

It’s a KnockoutIt’s a Knockout is one of our most popular and most ‘whacky’ events. Full of fun, visual and ‘unusual games’, this event will leave your staff breathless and with smiles from ear to ear. The experienced compere will kick the event off with a comprehensive briefing and demonstration before teams prepare to battle it out in order to secure a place in the head to head team relay semi-final.

Treasure HuntsAn excellent way to use your natural instinct to explore, either by foot, bike, or event 4x4. Teams of up to eight people will be armed with mission packs containing clues, photo challenges, digital cameras and maps and let loose on their mission. Set in the stunning surrounds of the New Forest or at a location of your choice treasure hunts are fantastic, fun-packed and versatile events.

Themed Treasure HuntsFor a treasure hunt with some added theatrics, EMG have a number of themed hunts up its sleeve. All of our themed hunts can be adapted to almost any location and add a sense of fun, adventure and style to the day.

Art Heist Inspired by the theft of £123 million dollars worth of art from the Paris Modern Art Museum in 2010, Art Heist will see your teams entering into a dark trail of corruption. Drug dealers, cryptic clues and a little crime scene investigation all come together in this utterly unique adventure.

Black Cab Challenge Generally held in London, this is a hilarious and interactive monopoly-style treasure hunt on wheels. Each team will be armed with a map and an experience cabby to transport them through the challenge.

Da Vinci Code Loosely based on the hit novel, The Da Vinci Code, this is a historical adventure that will see your guests on a frantic search filled with riddles and intrigue.

The Italian Job Based on the classic film, this event will see your teams travelling in style in a fleet of minis while they search for the elusive gold bullion and bump into some interesting characters along the way!

School Sports DayTake a stroll down memory lane to those carefree years of school sports days. We provide the eggs, spoons and even the head master for a fun day on the sports field. With challenges like the sack race, jolly hockey sticks, skipping and the three legged race, team spirts will be high and the competition will be fierce!

The ApprenticeBased on the hit television series, for this event teams are challenged to plan, design and create a marketing and business plan for their business idea. With their plans in hand and using their start up money each team must roll up their sleeves to make their companies a success and win the grand prize.

New Forest ExperienceSet in a 1000 acre private estate in the heart of the New Forest this team building event will see groups harnessing up for an outdoor adventure. Comprising of high and low ropes, climbing, zip wire, team challenges, archery, axe throwing and bush crafts this is the perfect outdoor team bonding event.

The Olympian ChallengeWith the world focusing on the London 2012 Olympic Games, what better event to offer your employees than their very own Olympian Challenge. Set at the Olympic venue, Dorney lake, this event embraces both sporting competition and working together to achieve success.

Crystal ChallengeA fantastic spin off from The Crystal Maze, this event will see teams working collectively to meet physical and mental challenges head on. Guided by an experienced facilitator, the teams will work their way through the challenge zones learning along the way the best way to utilise their strengths and weaknesses.

Family Fun DayA fantastic day out for your clients and staff and their families. rsIndoor ActivitiesAlthough it is always nice to get as far away from the office environment as possible and outside in the fresh air, some events, for example a winter team build or conference ‘breakout’ activity require the indoors. EMG has a variety of superb events that are perfectly suited for the indoors and can be tailored to meet your requirements.

The Bigger PictureThe Bigger Picture is about creating art on a massive scale! Most people appreciate art in some form or another, and many companies have works of art hanging on their office walls. Using paintings or images by well-known artists, the challenge for the day is for teams to work together to produce a giant, replica masterpiece of their own.

The Chocolate ApprenticeSimilar to our Apprentice event but with one major difference - chocolate! Each team will be shown the secrets of artisan chocolate making by our chocolatier and then let loose to design, make and market their own luxury brand of chocolates. Win or loose there will be smiles all round as teams get to sample their goods after the grand finale!

Film Making With the support of our expert filming team, your groups will have the opportunity to write, produce, direct, edit and act in their own films. During the day each team will learn new skills, gain insights into the working methods of their colleagues and have a fantastic day! Topped off by a grand film festival at the end of the day to decide the winner - this event is one straight out of Hollywood.

Stocks & Shares Enter into the rat race with this fast paced stock market simulation. Teams will have to keep their eye on the ball as the stock market rises and falls in order to make the most money by the end of the game. This event is a laugh out loud intellection challenge that will have your employees engaged from start to finish.

Crime Scene Investigator Become a Crime Scene Investigator for the day and learn to collect and process evidence using professional techniques and equipment. Throughout the day you will use your new found skills in fingerprinting, ballistics testing, forensic dentistry and blood spatter in order to solve a mysterious crime. CSI is one of our most mentally challenging events and will see team working and problem solving skills put to the test.

rsThe BoxBeware of the box! A fantastic mix of physical, mental and skills based challenges, this event will see teams working together from beginning to end. At the start of the event, each team will be presented with a box which contains a variety of mysterious activities. Teams must race against the clock, working strategically to complete as many challenges as possible.

Mexican RailwayThis is a great activity to demonstrate the importance of communication and team work. Participants must transfer balls from one side of the room to the other using a railway. The catch? Each team must build and support a section of the track in order to achieve success. The finale will see all teams coming together to create a giant railway system.

Milliner For A DayLearn the delicate art of creating stunning hats and fascinators with a multi-award winning milliner. Surrounded by the inspirational tones of classical music, you will set to work making a stunning and completely original headpiece. With expert advice along the way and the finest materials you will be amazed by what you can create. Throughout the session you will be served the finest teas from antique tea sets in addition to delicate light bites, making this event the perfect setting to relax, build relationships and get creative!

Perfumery WorkshopLearn the secrets of identifying and appreciating the properties of an exquisite range of blends sourced form the world’s finest ingredients. Once you have mastered these skills you will be guided through the process of designing your very own fragrance using your favourite tones. Presented with your fragrance in a beautiful atomiser at the end of the session, this uniquely relaxing and creative learning experience will leave a lasting impression.

Energisers & Icebreakers Energisers & icebreakers are a great way to energise and refocus people during a long conference, kick off a team building day or to get staff thinking in the right direction. These short activities can last anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour and can be tailored to suit your objecvtives and schedule. Water Based ActivitiesThe Solent is a unique stretch of water on the South Coast of England, next to the stunning New Forest. Sheltered by the Isle of Wight, the Solent is a perfect haven for a multitude of water based activities including power boat charters, sailing days and water based treasure hunts. Still home to the British Naval Fleet, the Solent is steeped in history and surrounded by many famous landmarks and attractions such as the historic Needles, Osborne House and Hurst Castle.

Corporate Sailing RegattaThe perfect outdoor team building event, as it requires communication, synergy and has a common goal. If the team do not work together and communicate effectively, the boat simply will not sail. Sailing is also healthy, fun and socially responsible. Our yacht racing experience events are designed for all levels of experience, ability and fitness and leave guests with an enormous sense of achievement.

Match RacingA match race is a race between two identical boats going head-to-head. Identical ‘matched’ boats mean that it is purely the skills and team work on each boat that effects the outcome of the day. This exciting two boat challenge will see teams learning the basics of both sailing and match racing tactics on the water with their experienced skipper before battling it out in several races to determine the overall winning team.

Land, Sea & Air The jewel in the crown of our events combining high speed Sunseeker or RIB powerboats, adrenaline fuelled off-road driving and a once in a lifetime helicopter ride. This unique programme ensures the ultimate WOW factor and create an unforgettable memory for your guests. Land, Sea & Air can either be a day of pure entertainment and luxury or we can add in a team building element through a series of challenges that are woven into each segment of the day.

RIB Treasure Hunt The RIB treasure hunt is a treasure hunt with a twist - it’s fast and it’s on water! Groups take to the water in high speed Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs) and must use team work and lateral thinking to solve cryptic clues and complete scavenger hunts and photo missions to find secret locations on the Solent. This awesome powerboat is capable of speeds in excess of 50 mph and will see your guests jumping from wave to wave with the wind in their faces. Both challenging and good fun, this event is one not to miss!

Sunseeker Poker Run The Sunseeker Poker Run is the world’s most exciting and exhilarating game of poker - our unique twist on a fun Solent treasure hunt. Your teams have a 600HP Sunseeker Super Hawk at their disposal (as featured in the James Bond movies) and even their own James Bond to drive the Sunseeker for the charter. This is an adrenaline fuelled, team bonding, cryptic and exhilarating event that is guaranteed to put a smile on everyone’s face.

VIP Power & Sail Combine the thrill of a high performance powerboat with the exhilaration of sailing in our bespoke Power & Sail event. Your guests will first take to the seas in a luxury sailing yacht to experience the awesome power of the wind. Then, after an indulgent lunch onboard, or ashore at one of the many fantastic waterside restaurants in the Solent, your guests will board either a high speed RIB or Sunseeker for an afternoon of engine powered excitement.

RIB & Zap Cat Experience Feel the awesome power and handling of these amazing inflatable catamarans as they pull 2-3 G turns around a marker buoy. Catch a wave and its take off! With a power to weight ratio of 340bhp per tonne you are going to have an adrenalin pumping, action filled ride, not as a passenger but as a co-pilot as it is your responsibility to ensure the boat corners at full speed and does not flip!. A RIB is also supplied to act as your “mother ship” and for high speed blasts.

Luxury Powerboat CharterRelax & enjoy the experience of being onboard one of our luxury powerboats. Cruise the sheltered waters of the Solent, visit the many secluded anchorages and harbours or enjoy the many breathtaking historic and geographic landmarks including a trip to the Needles. Panerai British Classic Week - JulyThis prestigious event sponsored by luxury watch brand Panerai is a rare opportunity to see over 70 classic sailing yachts racing on the Solent. In addition to the stunning sights both on and off the water, your guests can enjoy a day’s hospitality or even a day of racing on the Solent.

Cowes Superyacht Cup - July In celebration of the 2012 Olympics, The Superyacht club is organising a special edition regatta in Cowes. For four days the world’s largest and most luxurious yachts will decend on Cowes to battle it out. Spectate these fantastic yachts from your own luxury motor yacht and experience the fun to be had at the regatta village.

Cowes Week VIP Hospitality - AugustCorporate hospitality at its finest, entertain your clients or valued staff on board one of our luxury sailing or motor yachts. Cowes Week is the largest sailing event in the World with just under 1000 yachts racing each day. The finest wines and food will be served on your private yacht as you take in the colourful atmosphere of the Solent.

Cowes Week Race Charter - August A unique opportunity for you to take part in the racing at Cowes Week, EMG will provide you with your own racing yacht and professional crew and let you take on the pro’s on the Solent. Cowes Powerboat Festival - August August sees the arrival of the powerboat circuit to Cowes, powerboats of all sizes take part in 3 days of racing around the Solent.
