‘e Embassy’ by Embassy Group was the rst luxury residential complex in Bangalore built more than two decades ago.

Circa 2010 -11, and in true Embassy fashion of being innovators in property development, the Group has pioneered various types of luxury oerings in the city with exotic sky condominiums,

Four Seasons Private Residences Bengaluru is a collection of 109 signature Private Residences across two iconic 30-storey towers at the centre of Embassy ONE, Bangalore.

A lucky few can call Four Seasons home. Owners of the Four Seasons Private Residences enjoy exquisite design, bespoke detail and services tailored to their individual needs and desires, all provided by one of the world’s leading purveyors of luxury and hospitality.

e Four Seasons Private Residences, is the rst branded residences to be launched in Bangalore by an international hospitality brand.

Branded residences are the new generation of exclusive homes fast gaining popularity amongst connoisseurs of the good life. With a strong foothold in the country, this niche market is growing at 5-6% with the total share expected to peak at 6-7%.

A host of top level developers in key cities across India are tying up with established designers and celebrities, who are brands by themselves, to provide well-travelled Indians an opportunity to own fashionable ‘branded’ homes and live exclusive glamourous lifestyles right here in India. Such residences are equipped with ve-star grade hotel services, stunning architecture, interiors designed by world renowned designers and branded t outs.

gracious villaments, uber luxury villas and now is the rst to bring in international hospitality branded residences. And almost all of these are in the hot new investment destination of North Bangalore as the city grows North.

International brands like Armani, Disney, Donald Trump, Jade Jagger and Steve Leung are in tie ups with Indian developers for branded residences across cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Pune with Bangalore also having its fair share of such luxury homes.

So who’s investing? High-end customers today as well as investors who seek to be dierent and want to be identied with something exclusive that reects their elite status, would like to be associated with the luxury brands they espouse. e 2012 report* by Knight Frank states that “the Indian market has been very receptive to the concept of branding and links with celebrities.” Branded residences are nding takers in celebrities, industrialists, investment bankers and well established HNI entrepreneurs.

Embassy Grove gets a celebrity

Luxury Integrated Living

THE EMBASSY POST 7Issue 6 - December 2015

"We have had this dream of owning a gracious home within a gated community in the heart of the city.

Embassy Grove was a truly rare nd, being just a few paces away from Indiranagar’s 100 Feet Road and in the vicinity of Koramangala - neighbourhoods where our roots are.

In fact, we have lived all our life in central Bangalore and we couldn't think of another location where we would be at home. We are regular golfers at KGA and a home nearby couldn't be more ideal.

e project planning is very comforting. Secure and gated, with ample open areas, gardens and dedicated car parks.

At the neighbourhood where our current home is located in Koramangala, we park our cars on the streets with barely any space to manoeuvre. We decided to buy our dream home at the Embassy Grove for the quality of life and the reassuring standard that Embassy as a brand has come to mean. Jitu is a very dear friend and buying a home in his project is doubly reassuring."

Arjuna award winner, fondly called India’s Flojo, Ashwini Nachappa, is an accomplished Indian athlete of yesteryears. She is a noted social worker and educationist.

Clearly, luxury integrated living is a concept whose time has come. With cities looking to decongest, developers are increasingly looking at suburbs and are oering concepts such as 'walk-to-work', eco-friendly and safe environments across large open spaces. Here, all aspects of living are taken care of, as oces, educational institutions, retail, hospitality, hospitals and recreation facilities are integrated into the project and spread over hundreds of acres.

“In large cities, people are now open to residential solutions that allow them to circumvent infrastructure decit and improve their lives," says Anuj Puri, Chairman and Country Head, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) India, a property advisory rm.

THE GOOD LIFE. BY EMBASSY.

"We are seeing higher demand for properties in integrated townships in peripheral locations where access to shopping, education, entertainment and health-care facilities is not necessarily centralised. In such locations, self-sustaining townships oer a clear advantage," says Puri of JLL.

Since the demand for residential, commercial and retail components complement each other, integrated luxury developments will soon nd popularity as an investment into the future.

Stay tuned for the grand launch of Embassy Springs in the rst quarter of 2016.

Reiterating the importance of reading in Primary 8 (P8)

In P8 we value and promote reading in many ways. We believe that language empowers learners to communicate creatively and eectively, as well as allowing access and engagement with the world at large. Guided reading in P8 is a structured reading programme held four times every week. Students read and study the same book as a group, with a teacher, and discuss what is being read. is is an excellent way to improve a range of reading and communication skills.

All students take home their guided reading book to consolidate their learning. Reading aloud at home is an excellent way for students to develop their understanding of a text. Translating key words and discussing the text in their native languages is a wonderful way for students to connect the languages that they are learning.
