Interesting the ever present political party wind changes from

begging your support in opposition to total amnesia of promises from day one in government as the arrogance and public service

minders kick in for another term on their terms.

It is pure “gold” when you find a prior election signed and binding contact by both NSW Liberal and Nationals and concerned

constituents representing a considerable voting package across the

state.

It is pure fact when said political parties take government,

exercise their renowned terminal ignorance and arrogance of

constituents feeling comfortable under parliament protection of their political lies.

It is pure platinum to inform the Liberal and National party

signatories on the document, that is in fact a contract, are subject

to prosecution under many sections the NSW Crimes Act as ‘Public

Servants’. Further as a person, there is Civil Action in the form of a

statement of Claim, Breach of Contract, etc, etc.

It is pure Joy to discover these proceedings set in place.

The following clauses within the Memorandum of Understanding

below have not been implemented within the time frame stated by

the Liberal/ Nationals NSW parties since claiming Government.

Accordingly the NSW Liberal/Nationals Coalition will:

2 a. Remove the blanket prohibition against riding in

Wilderness and Nature Reserves within three months of

coming to government.

2 b. Within six months of coming to government, adopt

new Plans of Management to reinstate horse riding to

all reserve areas where it had been permitted prior to

the classification of those areas as Wilderness or

Nature Reserves or the Adoption of a Plan of

Management.

10. Ensure that through appropriate Government

Departments and ministries that "Brumbies" are

recognised as part of the cultural heritage of New

South Wales and through Statutory instruments and Plans of Management and in consultation with the AHA

and local horse riding interest groups this heritage is

recognised and protected and appropriate viable

populations are protected in reserve areas. Shooting

will not be permitted as a management tool.

As the walls of environmental fictional engineering are showing

major cracks under peer review, historic facts and disclosure of

devastation being perpetrated by public servants and parliament,

this is another piece of ammunition to help mend, hopefully restore,

our heritage to the functional environment before government

myth-management finally annihilates what small amount of

salvation remains.

Facts prove the same environment flourished under farmer

management of the high country, stock and brumby grazing, their fellow mega-fauna weighing tonnes thousands of years prior, all left

the Snowy Mountains a pristine environment when government took
