Thank you to the many liturgical ministers whose faithful service helped our Christmas and New Year’s liturgies to be such
beautiful expressions of Immanuel, God-with-us. In addition to those we normally think of in service to the liturgy: liturgical coordinators, choir, readers, Eucharistic Ministers, Children’s Liturgy of the Word, greeters, adult acolytes, servers, bread bakers, Veronicas, intercession writers, coffee hour hosts, we add parking lot shepherds, and just-in-time church decorators. Thank you also to our very capable staff for their leadership and maintenance of this beautiful facility and our mission.

Prison Ministry Residents Encounter Christ ~ REC Interest Session
Looking to share your faith with others? DISCIPLESHIP
and how you can bring others to the Lord: Please join us for our next REC Interest Session on Monday, January 15th at 6pm at Shrine Church-Our Lady of the Americas in Albany (corner of 273 Central Ave & N. Lake Ave, parking is available on N. Lake Ave or behind the church). It's a great way to meet some of the other volunteers, ask questions and get a better understanding of the DOCCS paperwork and their requirements. Hear all about the exciting happenings that the volunteers are involved with. Not only do we go into the 6 Diocesan prisons for semi-annual 3-day retreats, attend weekly Bible Study, Confirmation Class or Mass; some volunteers are involved visiting the Incarcerated who are living in Hospice at Coxsackie CF; while other volunteers perform three Communion Services every Wednesday evening at Saratoga County Jail. The 150+ volunteers represent many of the Parishes in our Diocese, some attend the three day Retreats, some attend weekly Bible Study, some attend the four hour celebration with dinner, music & Resident witnessing, and some pray and write Palanca Letters and never enter a prison. There are so many opportunities to be involved and to share your gifts of the Holy Spirit.
We hope your schedule allows you to join us. Contact: 518-417-1625

$105,949 has been donated by 253 donors. A balance of $3,612 remains to meet our assessment. Please prayerfully consider what is within your means.
Book Donation: We have recently received donations of some very fine books. If you are interested in doing some spiritual reading please check out these offerings shelved in the bookcases in Meeting Room 1 on the basement level.
Rocking Chair Donations: We are most grateful for the donations of rocking chairs. Some are located in the midst of the worship space and one is in the Reconciliation Room by the Madison Ave. entrance.
