Palomino camping trailers are designed to meet the varied needs of the customer. It is the responsibility of the owner to select the proper load combination for their individual needs without exceeding the listed axle weight capacities.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY – Palomino RV offers a lifetime limited warranty to the original owner for: Lifter Systems, Bed Boards, Frames and Floor Board.

TENT WARRANTY – Palomino RV warrants its Vinyl tents to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for 5 years, under normal use and service, to the original owner.

LIMITED ROOF WARRANTY – Palomino RV warrants the Palomino Roof Assembly to be free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years, excluding any modification or alterations. There are certain other exclusions to this limited warranty, details of which are included in the actual printed warranty statement. Ask your dealer to let you inspect it.

Palomino Palomino RV strongly encourages our retail customers to purchase from their local dealership whenever possible due to the following factors:

• OurDealersare,asarule,independentlyownedandoperatedbusinesses.Outsideofthosecustomerstheypersonallysoldproductsto,theyarenotcontractually obligated to perform warranty service on Palomino products thatwerepurchasedelsewhere.Theremay be an occasion that you would be requiredtoreturntothepointofpurchasetosatisfywarrantyrequirements.

• Althoughmanydealershipswilleventuallyserviceproductsnotpurchasedattheirplaceofbusiness,theywillusuallytakecareoftheircustomersandother Palomino customers who are traveling away from their local dealer as theywouldtheirown.

• Localpurchasesallowacustomertoestablisharelationshipwithadealerclosetohome.Thisrelationshipprovidesthecustomerwithaconvenientlocationforserviceandsupportfroma“hometown”professional.

• TheopportunityforathoroughPDI(Pre-DeliveryInspection)andproductorientationisanadditionalbenefitofbuyingfromyourlocaldealer,furtherproviding the opportunity for refresher courses or the ability to get questions answeredmuchmoreconveniently.

• ForourCanadiancustomers,therearealsorequirementswhichmustbemettobringanRVpurchasedoutofthecountrytotheirhome.Althoughnotinsurmountable,theserequirementsmayinvolvesuchthingsasadditionalinspectionsandcertifications,taxesandfees.YourlocalCanadianDealerisaprofessionalatmeetingtheserequirements.
